If you're not sure, take a moment to meditate under the 100-year-old chestnut tree, the true master of the premises and the central point of the vast courtyard.

The forest of Fontainebleau is in the immediate vicinity of the house, you can go hiking on foot. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The Marais de Larchant, a labyrinth of canals with a view on the medieval Saint Mathurin basilica, lies just West of the Fontainebleau forest, close to the famous bouldering spot of la Dame Jouanne. The house rented is fully independent, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room and a large drawing room. It has its own linen, kitchenware and cutlery.
