Eingerichtetes Apartment zum Verweilen in einer ruhigen Lage des Reviers. Über einen separaten Eingang gelangen Sie zunächst in einen Flur, von dem aus auch das renovierte Badezimmer erreichbar ist. In einem weiteren Raum befindet sich eine Küchenzeile mit Wohn-/Essbereich. Eine Schlafmöglichkeit besteht auf einem Spitzboden, der über eine Holzleiter (KEINE TREPPE!) zu erreichen ist. Die Wohneinheit verfügt über eine Größe von etwa 23 qm. Eine Nutzung des Gartens ist NICHT Teil des Inserats.

Apartment in quiet two-family house on the outskirts of town

We offer another small apartment (about 50 sqm) for max. 4 people on the 1st floor of our quiet two-family house on the outskirts of Recklinghausen. Up the stairs is a bit steep, there is a handrail on both sides. We live in a quiet settlement surrounded by fields and forests, yet you are in the city in a few minutes. The connection to the A2 and A43 is optimal. Bus stops and grocery stores are also nearby . The surrounding area invites you to excursions into nature.

The entire house from 1928 was completely renovated in 2018. The approx. 30 square meter cozy apartment is adjacent to the beautiful city garden in Recklinghausen. The Ruhrfestspielhaus is just a few steps from the property. The city center of Recklinghausen can also be reached within 10 minutes' walk. The view guarantees a beautiful view of the countryside in both directions. On one side is the city garden and on the other side old, enchanted gardens.

The self-contained apartment is located on the 1st floor and stretches over 2 levels. In the lower area is a shower room with toilet and a small kitchen. The bright living room with the two bedrooms can be reached via a staircase. The apartment has its own entrance and is very quietly located in a cul-de-sac, but still close to the city. Cities such as Dortmund, Essen, Düsseldorf and Münster can be reached quickly, also by public transport.
