Individual holiday home by the sea. Charming and comfortable small one-storey house with a large garden on the Côte de Jade in Préfailles (10 km from Pornic and 500 metres from Pointe Saint-Gildas). Built in the 1960s on a plot of 1000 m², completely renovated in June 2020, to accommodate 4 people. The terrace (wooden, 30 m²), on the garden side, faces south.
