House with sea view, terrace, enclosed garden, door with direct access to the customs trail, 100 meters from the beach of La Source and sea water therapy, the train station is 900 meters away, the port is 1 km away, close to all shops. Following numerous messages, the house will not be rented for 2 or 3 days. Rental is possible from a minimum of 4 nights in winter then 7 nights (during all school holidays as well as from spring until November 11). Thank you for your understanding.

SEA VIEW apartment, ideally located in the middle of the Bay, between Avenue de Gaulle and Avenue Lajarrige. Refurbished, beachfront. Very nice 85 m² accommodation with modern taste and clean lines. Three bedrooms (one double bed in each bedroom) including a very nice master suite. Kitchen opens onto 40 m² living room (dishwasher, oven, induction stove, fridge). Two balconies in the living room. Guests can have lunch facing the sea. Avenue Lajarrige Market 300 m away.

Lovely flat with terrace in the city centre

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. This house faces the sea and the beach with magnificent views. Ideal for weekends with friends or family but also for a week's vacation. It has all the comforts and also a beautiful soul. There is a wood-burning stove in the 60 m2 living room located upstairs and served by a staircase. In the 3 bedrooms downstairs, there are 160 beds with duvets and in the dormitory 2 beds of 140 and 1 of 160 with duvets. The dormitory is independent but it has a bathroom with toilet.

Very warm, clean and comfortable space with southwest terrace equipped with a table and four chairs overlooking the Pornic golf course. Ideal for two people who want peace and quiet while being close to the beach (12 min/walking), the city center (18 min/walking), shops (10 min/walking). Available: pool and two bikes.
