There are paved terraces all around the house with and with out shade, with 5 double doors for easy access. There is a barbeque and a stone oven for a suckling pig, pizzas, and baking. The owners offer fresh eggs. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, the open kitchen, the dinning room, the sitting room and the separate washroom. Sweeping up the curved staircase you reach a reception area leading to the bedrooms. To the left there is a a doubleroom en suite, and two bedrooms with one more bathroom, to the right. The property has magnificent views accross the rolling landscape of island Mallorca. The house from 2014 will have a pool of 4.5 x 10 meters long, with area to sit and relax, extend the terraces, with more than 40 meters, will construct a new outdoor shower.

I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.
