We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

Agrumeto Costa dei Trabocchi is located in a quiet place with a garden and citrus plants. It is about 6 km from the sea and the Trabocchi Coast. Within 5 km is Lanciano, famous for the Eucharistic Miracle and San Govanni in Venere with its majestic Abbey. Nearby is the immense Lecceta forest and the Sangro river. At 40 km you can reach the mountain, Mount BLOCK HOUSE, and what is unique is being in the mountains and admiring the entire Adriatic coast from Pescara to Gargano.

Country house surrounded by greenery overlooking the Maiella mountain and with a large garden to spend pleasant hours outdoors. Colle dell'Erco house is a completely renovated vacation home, surrounded by olive trees and overlooking the Sangro Valley and the Trabocchi Coast. It is 3 km from the sea and the bike path. Here you can stay in one of our two studios equipped with all comforts. Guests have access to the outdoor area, barbecue area and everything they need to enjoy nature in total relaxation.

Tiny house on a farm

An oasis of silence where you can really unplug. A mini-house surrounded by nature where you can hear the chirping of birds, the frequent howling of wolves and where you can spend time with farmyard animals. Just 25 minutes from the sea and 45 minutes from the mountains, close to places of historical and natural interest and a starting point for hiking trails.

After a day at the beach, among the coves of the Trabocchi coast, come and relax in a cozy rustic house among the olive trees, just a 7-minute drive away. After enjoying the hammock in the large private garden, you can light the fire to have a barbecue with friends. End the evening in the village of Torino di Sangro, which can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
