New, very comfortable and in one of the best streets of the city (Montero Ríos). Ideal for families or groups up to 8 people. Everything is next door and very close: Supermarket, greengrocer, clothing stores, parking, bakery, bus, taxi and university area. The location is excellent both to visit the old area, take a walk through the Alameda (a spectacular park) or go out for drinks or dine outside at night. It is unbeatable for being very close to the historic center without being inside.
