I enjoyed really much staying and place was at good location to visit stockholm centrum and all.

I had the most pleasant and comfortable stay at Jakob's apartment. The house is very clean and well kept. Tastefully decorated to really give comfort and made me felt at home. Everything that I would need is also provided for. The apartment is situated at a lovely neighbourhood, the nearest bus stop is just 5-7 minute's walk away, with a supermarket at a convenient and closer proximity. Jakob is very accommodating, resourceful and responsive. He is also super friendly and shows great personality. I am glad I chose his place. I definitely would stay here again if I ever revisit and I would recommend Jakob's place in a heartbeat!

Very nice place with everything you need, close by you can find two big malls just as a big lake. Very easy communication and fast reply.

Jakob we waited a long time on the day of our arrival as we were lost. That was very nice of her. The area is well. It is quiet and transport are there very often. There is a small convenience store and a department store a few bus stations. Jakob gave us a list of things that could help us it was fine and served. He remained reachable during our stay. Small downside the apartment was not very clean. We have made it cleaner than when we arrived ... To clarify also, the washing machine is not in the house but it is very easy to access and clean so this was not a problem.

It was our great honour to be Peder's first Airbnb guests. Peder immediately responded to our booking request and he was very friendly and caring. The apartment is a very beautiful one-room studio adjacent to magnificent typical Swedish house from the beginning of the 19th century, in which Peder lives with his family. The house is situated in a very green neighbourhood with impressive houses. The studio includes a nice and well equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. Outside the house is a beautiful garden and ten minutes walk from the house is a picture book lake perfect for a swim after a long day in Stockholm. The city is a 10min ride away by bus or train. We definitely have to come back!

With excellent décor and functionality of the house. The tranquility of the place is essential, if only I was truncated by the nearby works and noise caused these days. Otherwise excellent. In return for its beautiful surroundings must say that approach the city center requires a 20 minute walk (although very nice, as it was by the sea) and from there take a ferry boat (45.m.) to the center from the city.

We had a wonderful stay at Lisens Apartment , It was just as described. Located just in an Inlet with tranquil views . It is a little bit out from Stockholm city but public transport is very good via Ferry ( 15 min walk) . Will definitely stay there again if it is available.

We were a couple with two grown children, very happy with this stay. Lisen was always available by email and such to facilitate our stay. tourist brochures, refrigerator with a few products to start the stay and a welcome bottle! Lovely accommodation and very well equipped in a set of floating houses - quiet. Perfect to rest and visit Stockholm. Account must be taken of the 45-minute journey time (15 minutes walking and 25 minutes boat).

Lisen was a great host! She was very helpful and communication was great. The house was amazing! We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay in Stockholm. I will visit again and this listing is highly recommended as it has everything you would want.

Anna's home was incredibly amazing. The bed is super comfortable and the room is lovely. Additionally, the shower is wonderful. Anna and her entire family were super nice and even let me borrow their commuter card to get onto the ferry and into Stockholm central. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice place that's not far at all from the Stockholm Central. I will certainly be staying with Anna on my next trip to Stockholm!

Everything is so fine out there! This is just such a special place to stay. I arrived in a completely mind-blowing setting and enjoyed my few days there to the fullest. You have water everywhere around you and can just catch the ferry to be in the city center in about 20 min.. Anna and Mikael even took me on a ride with their private boot and shared all the nice places they know with me. They even provide breakfast, which gives you a powerful start in the day to walk around in the city Stockholm... If you make it till there - it was so difficult for me to get up from the lounge-chairs on the deck-terasse and swing myself into the city. Could have stayed there all the time! You can't find a better place. It is lovely... Do eat at Restaurant J and do take the Ferry all around (included with your bus/tram/subway pass). The home is immaculate and on the water - what more do you need.

Anna was a fantastic host for my time there. The room was quiet and dark ... And the upstairs was bright and sunny. It's really not a terribly long bus ride + walk to the house from the city center so don't let that worry you. I hope to be back someday in the future !

Anna's place was lovely! Her porch was a beautiful relaxing place to enjoy a glass of wine after wandering around Stockholm all day and the bed was far more comfortable than my own bed at home. My biggest caveat would have to be that it can be tricky figuring out how to get to the dock from the bus stop the first time, and you will definitely get a workout going up and down the hill. Also, since the room has no windows, you will want to set an alarm in the morning to wake up! I would definitely recommend this listing :)

I really enjoyed my stay at Anna’s floating house. Lovely, tidy and comfy with a marvelous view. I felt like I was in paradise during my stay. And my experience of staying in the beautiful Swedish house will be unforgettable memory for me. :) Anna and Mikael made me feel at home straight away after my check-in. I stayed 4 nights with Anna and it was great. The houseboat is gorgeous and without the noise of a big city around. You can take a swim when ever you want or enjoy sitting on the lovely terrace. The houseboat is highly recommended. Anna was a nice and helpful host. You need about 30 minutes to the central of the city.

Had a great time here! Anna and Mikael are both very charming and welcoming. The place is great and the room was comfortable and exactly what I needed. It was fantastic to take a (rather refreshing) dip right from the front door every morning. The only downside was the building works that we're going on nearby but that's pretty minor. Recommend staying here!

Louise's place was perfect and met all of our needs for our rather large group from California. We can't wait to come back!

Kaddy is extremely helpful land-lady and her flat is just awesome. The sea-view is gorgeous and the flat is super-cozy and it is quite easy to get there from city-center.

Wow. This house was absolutely amazing, amazing neighborhood and right on the water as well. So high quality and so so kid friendly. My family was blown away to the point where this is where I will recommend and stay with all future guests of mine to Stockholm. Great communication as well by Martin.

Staying at Martin's house improved a lot our visit to Stockholm. The house is big and spacious so, eventhough we were six people, we really enjoy our stay (also mention that the two bathrooms helped) and all the beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean, organized and Martin provided us with all we could need. The house is located in a peacefull neighbourhood and the views from the house are amazing. Martin was very kind from the begining and he was always available for any problem or question we could have. Everything together makes the perfect environment to make you feel like home.

The house was very nice, quiet and everything worked perfectly. Suitable especially for families. There was toys etc for the children. Location is very good and it was easy to get everywhere. Martin answered quickly to our questions. Money well worth it, we can recommend the house to everybody!

The apartment was lovely and in a very quiet part of Stockholm. The ferry ride to and from the city was beautiful. We didn't meet Lennart until the morning we left but everything worked well with the information he provided.

A very friendly welcome by Lennart and his family made us feel comfortably right from the beginning of our Stockholm stay. Chocolate was awaiting in the living room ;-) as well as access cards for all 5 of us for Stockholm Traffic System which we used with One-Week-Charges. Definitely the best way to discover the city. Lennart showed us around and provided usa free parking space which was great as we did not need to move our car the whole week. The view from the balcony is fantastic, the flat very cosy. Being close to both bus and boat station was a big plus as well. We can recommend this apartment a 100 %. Thanks for hosting us.

We had a great short stay in this lovely, spacious, well equipped apartment. It was a nice location a few minutes walk from the boat that went into the city. The area is very quiet and it was a 15 minute walk to a large shopping mall and supermarket. We would be happy to stay there again. Thanks Lennart and family for a great rental.

The flat was really nice and we enjoyed the time there. The flat is located very good: you can go by ferry or by bus in the city in a few minutes; you can go running at Nickelvicken or at Djurgarden (it's fantastic with the nature and the fresh air; very good restaurants are ner the flat. Lennart and his family supported us with recommendations very good, for example the supermarket, the Public tranportation ticket, Shopping malls,... For our daughter we found everything in the flat: a bike, toys,... It was a Great time. Thank you, Lennart.

The place to stay when in Stockholm The flat is simply great, we had a wonderful time there with my two daughters. It is spacious, sunny, very well equipped and quiet. It has a great view and you can enjoy beautiful times in the living room at sunset. It may appear a bit far from downtown, but it takes only 20' to go there, by boat which is both convenient and fun. Last but not least, you will be most exquisitely welcomed by Lennart, who will do whatever he can to make your stay comfortable. So, no need to look further...

We (a couple) had a great time in this apartment and in Stockholm. We felt at home in the apartment, which was tidy and comfortable. The place is perfect, close to Restaurant J for a morning coffee while waiting for the ferry, or for lunch, dinner or a cocktail :-) We would like to come back with our daughters! Lennart had arranged all the neccessary information. Suggestion: if you are two people: you can become a member of car2go, and drive easily from the airport to Nacka, and back.

Lennart and Sandra's apartment on Nacka Strand is a dream. The gorgeous views of the gateway to the archipelago create a "vacation feeling" instantly. In fact, it's just so lovely to sit on the balcony with your morning coffee and a book that the greatest "danger" of this place is you might never leave it to explore central Stockholm! During our six-day stay, we thus spent some days lounging and enjoying the beautiful Nacka location and some days getting out to the city center and exploring. It's very easy to get there via the SL ferries or the 443 bus; both are just a few steps away. The ferry runs about every hour (to Nybroplan and/or Djurgården) and the bus about every 30 minutes (to Slussen). If you have a car, you can park it in the garage near the building or on the street for a fee. Our group of 5 adults (one couple plus couple's mother/MIL and niece and nephew) slept very comfortably in the two "real" beds (in the bedroom) and one sofa bed provided. There was plenty of space in the common areas (kitchen, living room, balcony) for us all to gather or for us to spread out and do our own thing. The one bathroom is large and functional, with a bath/shower combo + washing machine at your disposal. The apartment is immaculate and well organized--someone has taken a great deal of care in making this lovely space hospitable for guests, with plenty of meticulously folded sheets, extra towels and pillows, and extra supplies available to guests. We felt immediately right at home here and didn't want to leave! Nearby are a bakery (for small meals, fika, snacks), an Indian restaurant (quite yummy!), and a nice restaurant (at Hotel J). A 15-minute walk takes you to Nacka Forum, a huge mall with more restaurants and shopping (including a grocery store and Systembolaget). Great running/walking trails along the sea, too! The only potential downside to this place would be for those who are new to Stockholm and want to do a *lot* of sightseeing in the city center--you have to be ready for using public transport and have some infrastructure set up in advance (such as an SL card, timetables or the app, etc) for it to work smoothly for you. You cannot buy tickets on the bus or ferry; you must have it squared away in advance via the SL app or a card (which you can get at the Central Station in Stockholm). Since we live in Sweden and travel to Stockholm relatively frequently, this was not a problem for us--we had a bunch of SL cards and the app--but it could be a hiccup if you are not used to navigating such transportation systems or don't have the patience for them, since taxis in Sweden are expensive. The lovely location is worth it, of course!

The fundamentals are all there - comfort, cleanliness, amenities - Perfect. Steps away from local buses - we took the 443 daily to the Slussen stop, from which we able to explore all of Stockholm by foot or by transfer to other modes of transportation. Also steps away from the ferry - another great way to get into the city. A great grocery store is a 1.2 mile stroll away - easily walkable. We had no trouble being carless. The apartment was spotless, and easily accommodated my family of 5 (kids: 15, 12, 8). We'd absolutely return if we're ever able to travel back to Stockholm. Thanks, Lennart!
