The Rock House

Our house is very atypical because it is semi-troglodyte. There is a very common characteristic in troglodyte houses, it is humidity... it is due to the absorption of small amounts of water continuously. So you have to dehumidify the air and heat it all year round. There is a courtyard in front and a large private park on the heights to relax with a picnic table and deck chairs. The car can be parked nearby.

You will enjoy a living room with trundle tables for dining/working, TV, linear kitchen with ceramic hobs etc. In this living room there is a very easily manipulated retractable wardrobe bed (140 x 200 cm). In the bathroom, there is everything you need: shower, sink, column and toilet. Linen and towels are provided!

Gîte le grillon/quiet and rest

The cottage is inside the property but totally independent. You have access to the garden. It has a south-facing terrace with no neighbours opposite and another to the west, equipped with garden furniture. You can enjoy the pool depending on the weather conditions. We provide linen: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. You are in a dead end with no traffic. Perfect for relaxing!

Le Perchoir
