Cozy, quiet, comfortable apartment in the center of the large district town of Oschatz. 400 meters to St. Aegidien Church with tower apartment, to the town hall and to the Waagenmuseum. It is just as far to the south station of our little train "Wilder Robert" and to the O-Schatz-Park with animal park and rose lake. Attractions in the vicinity: Hubertusburg Castle, Horstsee and Gänsemarkt in Wermsdorf, geoportal at the Mügeln narrow-gauge railway station, Dahlen Castle, Wermsdorfer Forst, Dahlener Heide, Hartenfels Castle Torgau.

If you're looking for seclusion and tranquility, you've come to the right place!The apartment (ground floor) for 2 people has a separate entrance. The sleeping-living area has a box-spring bed, wardrobe, armchair and a 55 inch TV. The modern bathroom is right next door. The dining area offers a kitchenette. A private parking space for you is right in front of the house on the premises. Storage for bikes is possible in the carport.

Die 2 Betten sind 1m breit und 2m lang , 1 Schlafsofa ist 2×2 m ist als 3.Bett sehr bequem. Wandern durch die Weinbergen von Seußlitz , im Sommer im Naturbad Goltzscha relaxen und den nur 400 m entfernte Elberadweg nutzen machen Lust auf mehr . Parkplätze und 2 Fahrräder stehen kostenfrei bereit .Ihre eigenen Fahrräder sind auf unseren Hof sicher .

Ihr schaut aus Eurem mollig geheiztem Wagen auf eine verträumte Landschaft im Winterschlaf, kommt zur Ruhe und macht Euch Gedanken, wie es weiter gehen soll. Dann geht Ihr wandern, oder setzt Euch auf die Terrasse und macht ein Lagerfeuer. Nach einer Führung über das Gelände unserer Gemeinschaft auf Schloss Gersdorf werden wir Euch inspiriert in Euren Sitzsack sinken und weiter über den Sinn des Lebens grübeln lassen! We offer a fully furnished apartment with a feel-good atmosphere in rural tranquility. Due to the convenient location (near A4/A14/B101/B175) or the nearest bus stop only 200 m away and parking space (up to 7.5 t) on the property, it is possible to arrive with your own vehicle. The amenities are up to date after the 2018 renovation. You can find peace and quiet on the small terrace by the house. Shopping (bakery, butcher, supermarket) for everyday needs is nearby.

Our modern furnished apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look at the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day, but if you drive 500 m further, it is free of charge.

Gretel's favorite place is in our half-timbered house, in a small settlement on the edge of the Zellwald. The apartment is 32 m². You are in the middle of nature, here the fox and rabbit say good night. Your apartment is newly renovated and furnished with a lot of love. You can relax in our large, original garden, use the playground, but are also quickly on the highway to explore the surrounding area.
