Donna and Phil made us feel very welcome, comfortable and at home. Their place is lovely, clean and tidy and cosy. We were able to socialise but also close off our section of the house if we wanted. Donna and Phil are extremely thoughtful, and provided toast and cereal for breakfast in our own little lounge room. The double bed was like sleeping on a cloud, the comfiest bed in the world. The dogs are gorgeous too! Would definitely stay again :)

Had contacted us earlier in the day and despite our arriving quite late in the day for just an overnight stay, Richard was very friendly and helpful, and the accommodation was as described. Comfortable stay with good breakfast options provided. Easy to find and a few minutes drive from town and beaches. Compendium in the unit contains tourist information, and more was forthcoming during a friendly chat with the couple on checking out. Our first airbnb experience, and a good one.

Helen and Richard were absolutely lovely. We had a fantastic stay of four days with them and enjoyed their company, family, dog, pool, telescope, BBQ and amazing hospitality. What a great little unit. It was so well equipped with anything and everything you'd need. My dog Charli came along and was welcome and she loved hanging out there. Great walk to a close dog park. Hosts were friendly, great value, safe and secure, I would go back.

Great place and David is very nice and helpful

If you are looking for a place that will feel like home while abroad, then David's is the place to stay. It was a great environment, and I felt comfortable in every decision I made. If you want to just hang out at the house for a day you have every neccesity to keep you occupied, and if the beach is your destination then a quick walk to the bus stop is an easy option. David himself is a great guy and was very helpful when I needed information about the area, and is the go to person if you want to know about restaraunts. I would totally stay there again if I had the chance, and would recommend anyone stopping through the area to do so.

It is wonderful place.

David was a great host and whist I was his first airbnb guest, he has hosted many people from overseas. The house is very spacious, light and airy and the two resident dogs are very well behaved, so you're soon accepted as part of the furniture. Coffee machine was most appreciated and house has a very relaxed feel. David was also very helpful with maps, timetables and directions. Had a great stay at David's. Rooms were spacious, clean and tidy and not too far from shops although a car is recommended to travel around. David is really friendly and welcoming -always happy to help with anything to make our stay enjoyable. It was also great to have the 3 dogs around :)

Suzanne accommodates to your needs really well. A warm welcome and from then on she leaves you to do your own thing. It was the perfect place to get away from it all and I really felt like I was at home. The decor matched the pictures and Suzanne has an amazing nack for decorating! Only disappointing part was my stay wasn't long enough. I will be back.

Such a beautiful studio! It's much bigger than the photos show. The studio was very clean and fresh and had everything I needed. The light breakfast provided was great! Suzanne was super easy to deal with.

Suzanne was a fantastic host - with our names on the chalkboard being a perfect greeting along with the expanse of breakfast options :) Being able to use the spa outside was also a great way to unwind. Great area, perfect breeze runs through the listing and the high ceilings were a favourite.

The Hillside Studio is a beautiful space, perfect for a getaway and a great location too. Suzanne is a wonderful host. Would definitely stay again!

Suzanne and her husband are super lovely people, introduced themselves and left us with everything we needed for a sweet getaway, including a cute breakfast. The studio is quite spacious and homey, lots of light, you won't want to leave! Also not too far away from most things we wanted to do, we had a fantastic time.

We stayed at Dawn and Justin's place for three weeks, we are a family of four with two girls aged 8 & 10. The girls absolutely loved their pool and we spent most evenings using their bbq. We were in a great location for all family activities.

Great base camp for our quick Sunshine Coast escape. Minutes drive to everything. Spacious, clean and private. Great stay :)

My boyfriend and I stayed at Carol's wonderful home with out little dog. Carol was very welcoming and friendly and has such a lovely home, we wished we could've spend more time! The room was amazing! It was clean, modern and very comfy and homey! It has an ensuite, a minifridge and a tv! It's simply amazing :-) I would recommend this lovely home to anyone!

We had a fantastic stay at ‘Little Mountain Oasis.’ Our hosts Les and Carol were so accommodating to all our needs. The room was so spacious and well equipped with a lovely deck area to sit and enjoy the peaceful setting.  Our dogs loved the massive yard and my husband and I loved lounging around the pool. Would definitely recommend ‘Little Mountain Oasis,’ and will be back.  

Wendy and her family made us feel right at home! Wendy was friendly and helpful and she had thought of everything we need before we knew we even needed it! There were thoughtful touches everywhere and we loved the bright, clean, beach colours and decor! We could hardly force ourselves out of the pool to go to the beach. The beds were comfy, everything was spotlessly clean and Wendy was even able to recommend local attractions and had very useful tips for us visiting the area. Excellent value for money - we would happily recommend this place to anyone.

We had a perfect time with Wendy and her lovely family! The place is beautiful in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The apartment was was very cosy, absolutely clean and equipped with everything you need. There were even baby toys our daughter loved playing with. We enjoyed the nice patio and swimming in the pool. But the best about our stay was meeting such great people - Wendy is such a welcoming person and has a great family and two cute dogs - they all made our stay so special! This airbnb far exceeded our expections. We were welcomed by Wendy and her family who catered for everything we could have imagined and more. Wendy and her family were so helpful with suggestions for things to do in the area, even providing an extensive collection of brochures and many ideas. This apartment is lovely and so clean and has all the lovely little touches, there were so many lovely snacks and kitchen equiptment. There were no ants , bugs or spiders in the place , it was immaculate. The pool was the perfect temp, and so well kept. Was lovely having Wendy on hand with our babies and nothing was too much when we needed extra help m. Highly recommend this lovely place

My partner and I felt very welcomed and were so extremely happy and comfortable with our stay at Wendy's. We were welcomed with chocolates, fridge stocked up with fresh fruit and Wendy had put together a food basket for us to help ourselves to during our stay. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you could possible need. There is a variety of teas and coffee as well as all the basic necessities like sauces, milk, butter, cooking oil, cling wrap, washing powder and everything else you could possibly need without needing to pop out to the shop and buy things like this that you would only need for a few days. We really enjoyed afternoon swims in the beautiful pool and felt like we were staying in our own private villa! Wendy kept us well informed with all that was available in the area and even put together a local guide book on where to go and what to do. Only a very short drive to the beautiful beaches in the area and cafes and restaurants. We were so impressed with our stay and highly recommend Wendy's place to anyone wanting to visit the Sunshine coast. We will definitely be back to stay again :)

The Accommodation is in a great location to caloundra, kings beach & surrounds. Wendy and her family were very welcoming, often checking to see that i was ok and know the local area very well. The accommodation was very clean and well serviced with bed sheets towels and anything else you would need. The Kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need. I stayed for work and it was great to be able to cook at night. I would recommend for anyone looking for a great friendly place to stay.

All the cooking utensils and some ingredients were all supplied and we took full advantage of that by cooking a few meals and enjoying fresh fruit and cereal for breakfasts. If you like to cook while away as we do this is great. The pool was great and my daughter loved playing with the supplied toys and as an only child she did like the chance to interact with Wendy's children. The dogs we only saw once as they were introduced and were very well behaved. If we return to the area in the future we will be returning to stay here again. We all had an enjoyable time. Great granny flat with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a great swimming pool. Wendy was very helpful and checked in on us but also gave us privacy.

Lindy was flexible, warm, welcoming and kind. Her place is just as described, exceptionally clean and comfortable, and bigger than expected from the photos. My family and I stayed one night and were very happy with the experience.

This time was a family trip and we are very happy with house. Nice host and well maintained large size garden, beautiful interior, comfortable beds so on .. I can't list up all but all point are the best! Very calm place to retreat but it takes only 10 minutes drive to beautiful beaches. The moment we arrived, we were greeted with the widest smile and biggest hug. Thank you Lindy and Mark for your wonderful and warm hospitality. The garden, the pool table, the AC (yes! yes! thank you), the bed (so comfy!!), coffee, tea, cereal, milk, glad wrap, muchies, gosh - you spoil us. "Better equipped than our own home", says our teenager!! Very comfortable home, truly home away from home. Photos and descriptions are accurate and you get even better comfort when you actually stay at the Little Mountain, Big Garden, Huge Room.

I arrived to find a large but comfortable home. David was extremely helpful and prepared me a double room to suit my timetable. He provided the essentials to cook a healthy breakfast. The dogs are large providing a sense of security but were wonderfully accepting of my presence. The other house-mates were friendly and respectful. Overall a very rewarding experience and value for money.

David is a very friendly and helpful host, he has quite a lot of information about the area and is easy to talk to. The house is fairly large has shared facilities and usually has other guests and chefs staying from other countries. The two large dogs are quiet and friendly and are part of the furniture. The house is in a quiet, area of Caloundra and is easy to navigate in your own vehicle. The coffee machine was very welcome first thing in the morning. Thanks David.

The warmth and welcome extended by these fabulous hosts would be difficult to beat. Without giving away too much, Turnbury Gardens was so much more than we had imagined. Prepare to be surprised, delighted, and wonderfully relaxed. The lodgings, garden and beautiful salt water pool with a view were stunning. Close to beaches, shops and venues and yet removed from the hustle and bustle. Tammy and Bruce offer an environment of exquisite attention to detail, and graciousness that comes from the heart. I honestly can't praise this location and its caretakers enough.

We stayed at Tammy's place for three nights and had a wonderful stay. Tammy was there to greet us when we arrived and had refreshments waiting for us. Tammy was very friendly and helpful and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her. One evening she brought us homemade Thai snacks which were delicious. The house is spacious and very comfortable. It is very clean and lovingly furnished with a lot of attention to detail. The pool is great and so is the garden. A wonderful place to relax and spend a weekend away with friends.

All the previous reviews are spot on - the premises are very clean, tidy, homely and have everything you need and more. Away from the touristy things (but not too far if you have transport), the place was perfect for us to visit with ailing family at the nearby aged care facility. Tammy and Bruce are lovely and very accommodating. It was no trouble when we unexpectedly needed to extend our stay for another day. Will certainly consider staying here next time we need accommodation on the sunshine coast.

We were greeted with a cool refreshing drink apon arrival which made us feel so welcomed by Tammy. The home was beautiful with immaculate landscaping. Our kids loved the pool! The home had everything we needed to enjoy our 2 night stay. Tammy and Bruse are lovely hosts and we truly loved our stay. Tammy is a fantastic cook, one of our nights we ordered her fresh homemade Thai dinner. It was such a treat to eat in after a long day at the zoo. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Gail is one of the nicest person I met in Australia. So are little Archie and Rani, very friendly and let you pet them. Gail is so thoughtful that she provided us with food and drinks and has been really helpful in terms of local directions. Very relaxing and comfort place to stay. Gail was an exceptional host who has a gift for providing a high standard of accommodation and hospitality. Her home is tastefully decorated, spacious, well presented and clean. The main bedroom was a large studio sized space and fantastic for both resting and living in. Ideal for those looking for comfort especially during an extended stay. We also had the option of using a second bedroom which for an additional fee is a great option for young families or friends travelling together. The lounge room and kitchen were available to us during our stay and we were made to feel very comfortable using them. We were especially spoilt by Gail's generous heart evidenced by the little extras provided during our stay including chocolates, soaps and breakfast provisions. Delightful place to stay if you are seeking some R&R or a quiet place to explore the Caloundra and Sunshine Coast. The property location is ideal being on the outskirts of town away from the hustle and bustle yet only a 7 minute drive to beautiful beaches and cafes. The combination of a modern clean spacious house, generous host and easy access into town made this stay one of our best accommodation experiences to date.

The place is central and just down the road from the beach, I loved the side and private access to the house And the substantial size of the room. I had a memorable stay in Phil and Betty's house, they are really lovely couple.

Shortly after we arrived we were greeted by Reinhold who very sweetly have us a welcome gift of some yummy Forrero Rochers. We were even introduced to their adorable doggy Jack. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we could have needed and more, including milk in the fridge and some cereal in the cupboard. We would definitely stay again.
