Enjoy life at this quiet and centrally located home. Lovingly and completely renovated in-law with its own entrance in the basement of our single-family house. It is located in the heart of Kleve and within walking distance of all the shops of daily life, train station, cafe and restaurants, downtown, Tiergartenwald with historic park,museum Kurhaus,Tiergarten, cinema,sports center and the Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences and yet very quiet and in a preferred residential area.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Here you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of a village with 762 inhabitants. The landscape invites you to beautiful hikes and cycling tours. If you want a little more action, e.g. for the little ones, you are very well taken care of in the nearby Kernwasserwunderland. The cities of Kleve and Emmerich with a very nice Rhine promenade are very easy to reach on foot in 1 hour or by bike in 0.5 hours.

The cottage is surrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful lake with weeping willows. The A-frame house offers plenty of privacy with 2 hectares of garden. The lake house has a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Our two Scottish Highland cattle are behind our cottage and are a real highlight. There are also many birds, hedgehogs and rabbits in the garden. A BBQ is available on the terrace excl. gas bottle.

We (Jakob and Lilia) are friendly, open-minded hosts who live in the adjacent house. From the apartment you can walk to the city center and the train station in 5 minutes. Shopping is within walking distance in approx. 5-10 minutes. Speed Queen Laundromat and bike rental are nearby.
