It is a detached two-bedroom cottage that has recently been renovated and refurbished to a very high standard. The Cottage sits immediately adjacent to the Farm House, and is part of a small 40 acre farm with cattle, sheep & poultry. We are on an A road so there is traffic noise. As a working farm, there is animal noise too. The cottage is not suitable for children.

Farthings Cottage is a little hideaway in our garden close to our house but with a feeling of privacy. We live in the southern part of Warwickshire and whilst easy access to Stratford on Avon, Warwick and the Cotswolds, we are nestled away in our 26 acres of horse fields and forest. As well as two children there is also one rather shy cat and three friendly horses. We would say that a car is an absolute necessity as we are a drive away from all amenities.
