We really enjoyed sitting by the pond outside the tiny house-very relaxing! We had eggs with kale sprinkles in the morning, and coffee or tea to drink. They also had lots of samples of the products they make, all natural and organic. I was a bit nervous about sleeping upstairs, as it is a small space, but everything was very comfortable.

When we arrived, Daphne was welcoming. She gave us the tour of the gardens. Told us about all the herbs grown there. She welcomed us like family. The A frame was clean yet small. But felt like home. She stocked the house with teas, herbs for guests to sample. The Kale sprinkles and mushroom salts are divine. The farm fresh eggs, asparagus, onions made for a delicious breakfast. We used the kale sprinkles and mushroom salt in our meal. This home fit the 3 of us comfortably. The loft is cozy but wouldn't recommend for small children or those not able to climb a ladder with ease. We came as guests and left feeling like family. We will visit again. If you enjoy a simple, quiet life, this is the place for you. Sitting on the swinging bench listening to the fountain is such a beautiful treat. As you can tell we enjoyed our stay very much.

My son and I enjoyed our stay in Daphne's tiny house in Eugene. It is well equipped to allow for cooking. It has a very relaxing atmosphere, although the sleeping accommodations were a bit cramped for us (Daphne did forewarn us).

Sweet, Friendly, Comfortable

Daphne was a great host! I booked very last minute and she was still very accommodating; she even immediately suggested some things to do in Eugene while I was there! She was also very responsive and checked in with me every now and then. The A-Frame house was just what I needed as a little getaway from home for a couple of days. The wifi was a bit patchy but it didn't phase me because I was looking for some time alone. Everything was about a 15 minute drive away. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood which made for some nice relaxing. The yard is beautiful and Daphne will give you a tour if you want! The bed is comfortable, the water is hot and the eggs are fresh from the chickens off the property! What more could you ask for? Oh yeah, she offers a great little array of products to try out from the herb farm. I'm looking forward to coming back to this dreamy little spot with a partner or friend!

Perfect place to stay for our visit to Eugene. Beautiful architecture of home and garden is very peaceful. Quiet neighborhood in the Eve's, very central and easy to get everywhere. Just what we were looking for! We will be back!

We never met Catherine in person, but she was very responsive via email and we had clear instructions on where to park, how to find and access the cottage, etc. We were very comfortable there, and the cottage was close to everything so we were able to walk around the neighborhood (we particularly loved our lunch at Falling Sky). It does border a park and we saw some homeless folks there during the day, but we were never approached by anyone and we never felt unsafe.

This is the only place I will ever stay in Eugene again. Lovely little house, incredibly well designed and organized. Every thing you could possibly need. The bed is very comfy. The garden is so peaceful and serene. The main house is also just gorgeous. Will never ever stay in a hotel in Eugene again so long as this gorgeous little retreat is available.

It was wonderful to have a place to call home on our honeymoon. The cottage was clean, quiet and comfortable. Neighborhood nightlife was perfect, plenty of fresh local food, drinks, music and dancing all within a very comfortable walking distance. I would suggest this cottage to anyone who is looking for locally grown relaxation.

The cottage is fantastic, it is very cute, super clean, and has ALL you need and more. The grounds and the hot tub were wonderful. The hosts provided killer coffee, fresh water and gift card to a nice bakery, they also provided a guest book for visitors that provided the lay of the land. I experienced complete and total privacy and was able to connect with Catherine by text/phone. You won't be disappointed. Ty for the stay:)

The cottage was a wonderful place. It is located near many restaurants and shops. The bed was so cozy that I didn't want to leave it. We will definitely come back to the cottage next time we are in Eugene

The Tiny House is awesome!! And Asher and Dani are wonderful hosts! They responded quickly to all correspondence and went out of their way to help me get from the train station to the Tiny House. This is the perfect spot if you are looking for a quiet, comfy, private get away for a super affordable price. The cats and chickens in the backyard are an added treat! :-) I was on foot and Asher gave me pointers on bus locations, main routes to walk, maps and even a bicycle to borrow! I can't recommend this place enough! If you go to Eugene, this is the place to stay!

My daughter and I had a great visit to Eugene, and Asher and Dani made it easy. Communication and check-in were as snap, they made us feel totally comfortable and at home, and we were fully able to relax and get the most out of our quick trip to the home of the Ducks.

Dani and Ash were very accommodating and made sure to check in on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. The tiny house is cozy to nestle inside after a cold rainy day.

Our stay at the tiny house in Eugene was absolutely wonderful! My boyfriend and I were visiting for the OMEA conference and it was the perfect quiet retreat after a few very busy days. The tiny house is just a few blocks from a couple different grocery stores and small restaurants, and a really neat wine shop. The house itself is equipped with a mini fridge, hot kettle, toaster oven, and coffee maker, and they worked perfectly. We found the bed in the loft to be the most comfortable and slept up there instead of the futon. I'd definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our time here! Dani warmly welcomed us, showed us around the quirks of her tiny house, gave us some tips about the neighborhood and gave us a great recommendation for dinner. We wish we could have stayed longer! Short walk to a park, and about 5 minute drive from University of Oregon and downtown.

This is a great studio to stay in! Not only is the apartment well maintained, Brianna and her husband are great hosts. She was very responsive to any concerns I had and fixed the problems immediately. For example, one evening the internet wasn't working and they fixed it almost immediately. This is a great, private and comfortable stay. I would stay again and highly recommend it!

Brianna has an excellently furnished space for a short or long term stay in Eugene. All the comforts of home in a prime location for an unbeatable price. Had a great stay at Don's place - and it had everything I needed, including a full kitchen, which I took advantage of. Lot's of light, lot's of nature. Don's place is one of a kind!

My stay at the loft apartment was brief but lovely. A very cool and unique space that's unlike any other place I've stayed at during my airbnb stays. The only bad part of my stay was that since it was so short I wasn't able to meet this beloved airbnb pup, Boston!

Don is a great host. He greeted me upon my arrival and made sure I had everything I needed (there was even a tasty little snack waiting for me). The loft itself is such a treat with all of its windows and unique design. I was feeling a bit like a hermit and Don and Nate respected my privacy. Next time I'll probably be more social :P I definitely felt at home during my stay and look forward to next time!

It took me one conversation to figure out that Don is the unofficial ambassador to Eugene. Not only did he make me feel welcome and at-ease with my three day abode, I found myself exploring the city and its incredible food shed, people and natural parks with Don's help. My stay in Eugene would not have been as rich nor as meaningful had I not been at this amazing place. The loft apartment is incredibly flexible, cozy and airy. It is designed for any way you want to take in this creative, wild and beautiful city.

Don was an extraordinary host. His home is the most beautiful on the block! Any guest can see how much work he has put into his Air B and B accommodations. Our visit was very quick... less than 24 hours. Don made sure we felt comfortable, secure and that our privacy was intact. This was our first time using Air B and B. If every host is like Don, we will use it again!

Emily was amazing and very accommodating. For my next Ducks game, I will certainly stay there again. Very close to downtown and to the Oregon campus.

Amazing view! Delightful hosts. Super comfy bed. Huge room. Huuuuuge value for the price. The only detail that might trip up some visitors is that the bathroom/ shower is shared and needs some more attention in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. But, again, that is a very minor issue considering how insanely affordable the room is.

Perhaps not included are: very steep driveway with street parking, and certain shared amenities with other guests in home (bathroom and kitchen/ living area). I assumed as much with the living areas, but I might have missed the shared bathroom detail. No worries though because everything was kept clean and there were no issues. Great stay overall!

I have stayed in this house before, but not this room. I think it's my new favorite. I was lucky enough to have two beautiful sunny days, and the place was everything I hoped for- beautiful views, and spacious yet cozy. Not to mention the awesome people. Love it here.

Emily and Garrett are some of the most caring individuals I've met during my travels. Very helpful and understanding people. Would absolutely stay again. Just fair warning the driveway is not meant for all vehicles or people who don't enjoy a small hike lol :)

Emily and Garret are great hosts. They both strive to make your stay warm and comfortable. They've also been working tirelessly to make improvements to the home, like a brand new heat pump, an expansion to the driveway, new flooring and a killer washer and dryer set! The house was always clean. There were many guests during our three month stay, and the house stayed remarkably quiet. The location of the house is close to a few good bars, restaurants, food trucks, sweet shops, a convenience store and the college campus of course. Stop in and tell em John sent ya!

Stayed with Natalie and her husband Mark for one night. They were both such wonderful people! I enjoyed learning about Ju Jitsu and their experience abroad. And I really enjoyed touring their home and learning about all of their projects and hobbies. Parking was easy. Kitchen was nice to make a quick meal. (They even offered me homemade pesto! Yum!) Semi private bathroom was clean and convenient. I was there on business, and Natalie and Mark were very accommodating to my request for a table and quiet when taking calls. When not on calls, I enjoyed chatting with them! One tiny note: it's clear from the pictures that the roof is pointed. I'm 6'2", and I had no problem navigating the room and could stand straight up in the middle. I did have to duck a bit to access the sides of the room, which was totally fine for my short visit. I can only really see this being an issue if you are noticeably taller than 6'2" and are staying for a long time, or have limited flexibility in your back. But the roof was ok for my trip and I actually found it cute and cozy. I ran out of time and never made it into the hot tub. Maybe during my next visit! :)

Natalie and Mark were warm, communicative hosts. I learned about nearby food and drink options (Ciderlicious!) and was invited to share pizza (I'd already eaten). My days were full, so I missed out on garden tour and hot tub, but was welcomed to it. Space is cozy; I'm thankful I'm not tall!

I found Nancy's home comfortable and homey. We had a fun discussion near her wood-burning stove about her ventures as a fencer, martial artist, author and non-profit helper of youth. I got to see her husband's working farm and their amazing project area, and was offered the chance to sit in their backyard hot tub. The room upstairs was cozy, with a comfortable bed, bottled sparkling water and treats available. In the morning I was offered cookies made by Nancy's husband and hot coffee - the perfect start to my day. I enjoyed my stay at this home!

Natalie was a great host. This is a very small room above the little cottage. All the necessities that I needed.

If you're into good music (none of that "today's hits"), liberally sociable, and want to have a Eugene experience without going to Downtown, Natalie and Mark's place is it. The space was very cozy. The room was comfortable, but if you're over 5,11 watch your head. partner and I are both 5,8 athletic build and we felt like right at home. The hosts are very communicative, reliable, and informative. They will tell you all the cool places to hang not anywhere near downtown. Check it out.

We had a very nice stay at the garden studio. Amber let us know if we needed anything she was there. We ran out of coffee and she replaced it promptly. The neighborhood is in the downtown area, good location for everything in Eugene. One evening we were able to walk to and from a brewery/restaurant just two blocks away. The train tracks are close by so you do hear the trains going by, but it was not a problem for us. The studio is clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we are in Eugene.

Staying in the garden cottage is like having your own tiny house! What a cool experience! The cottage packs a lot into a small space, with full bath (sink shared with kitchen), kitchen, and beds. There's a bunk bed with twin on top and queen futon below, and they added an additional twin mattress on the floor to accommodate us all. The futon mattress wasn't very comfortable and we could feel the springs through it - could probably be easily fixed with a pad on top. Also, when anybody moves in the bunk bed, including the top bunk, the whole thing kind of shakes. As mentioned in the listing, there is a fair bit of road and train noise, so it's probably not the best for light sleepers, but it is in a great location ((SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) gave a choice of over 8 coffee shops within a mile walk!). I didn't get a chance to meet Amber in person, but she was very easy to communicate with and check in and out was so simple!

Amber was very accommodating with our late check-in, and ensured that we had everything we needed. The neighborhood definitely has some road/train noise, but it is still a nice small space to stay in. We didn't explore the neighborhood much (quick overnight stay), but we were only a very short drive from a strip of restaurants and coffee.

Great price, cute little cozy studio. We used it pretty much for sleeping and showering. I brought earplugs, which were useful because of train and pedestrian noises. Slept very well.

We had great time staying at this airbnb. It's totally rustic and the converted garage of the main residence. Lots of natural wood features. For the price, it can't be beat. Perfectly located between oakshire brewing and hop valley, as well as a decent coffee shop. The river boardwalk is a couple blocks away and fun for my morning jog. It sleeps 3, technically, with a bunkbed that has a full size mattress for the bottom bunk. Highly recommended for an easy overnight in Eugene.

The studio was as described and the stay was comfortable with our own private bathroom. The location was very good close to grocery stores.

This is a charming but rustic back house. It was very clean. There were great instructions and suggestions left for us. I never met Amber but had no problems with check in or communication. My only complaint is that it was very hard to get warm despite the electric space heater. It was very close to the club where I played, which was on Amber's list of favorite local spots.

Bruce greeted us at the cottage and went over everything so that we were up with the features of his place. He was very responsive to questions about the area, things to visit and best routes to and from. He is a warm and engaging man with a great sense of humor and clearly enjoys meeting people and hosting them. We felt well taken care of by him. The cottage itself is extremely comfortable and well appointed with everything you need for a great visit. It is within walking distance of the river and yet close enough to the main routes in and out of Eugene. We particularly enjoyed Ninkasi Brewery, Belly restaurant, visiting Mt Pisgah Arboretum and dinner at King Estate winery ( a bit of a drive but well worth a visit). The cottage is absolutely as described and we would not hesitate to stay again if we are in the area in the future.

Bruce & Jennifer's backyard cottage is very cozy, clean and comfortable. Surrounded a beautiful green yard, the cottage provides a perfect road trip stop for our family. Before the trip, they were very kind to ask our need about early check-in, and provided clear direction to find the cottage. Bruce greeted us and show us everything, and answered our questions about local attraction for kids. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Eugene.

Stephanie and I had a wonderful stay at the cottage. I can tell you now, this is without a doubt the nicest place to stay in all of Eugene. Why? Because it would just have to be. The attention to detail put into this cottage for the convenience of each guest is impressive. The bed is extremely comfortable. The shower is HUGE with great water pressure and an endless supply of hot water. The TV is once again enormous, and nice if you want to watch something before turning in for the night. There is a cute little porch to relax on and a nice sky light that perfectly framed the moon as I began to fall asleep. And lastly, if you are staying during the summer months, the A/C is great. It perfectly cools the cottage and does so without the noise of those clunky portable units. To be honest, I could go on and on about our stay here. But I can assure you that you will NOT be disappointed with your choice. We have stayed in a lot of AirBnB's, and we would easy put this one near the top of our list. Thanks again!!!!

The cabin is exactly as described. Very quaint and cozy. Top end amenities and finishes. Bruce definitely has a keen eye for design and construction. Bruce was very informative via text message as our stay approached. Upon arrival he came out and provided us a quick tour and tutorial on the various features. The cabin was amazingly clean and fresh. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Close to downtown and the local amenities.

A spacious retreat tucked away in a really great neighborhood. Nothing fancy, but everything you need. Ceilings are a bit low and bathroom is super tiny, so probably not the best choice for very tall or large people.

We drove from utah to a concert out in Eugene and it was such a cozy little place to arrive to. :) Kevin wasn't there during our stay but he made sure to text me and check in on us. The apartment had everything we needed and then some. The bathroom was just fine, it was a bit smaller but nothing you can't work around! The patio & backyard area is adorable- nice to sit at if you smoke. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

We loved the feel of this small studio! We are inspired to build something similar! Very comfortable bed. We really enjoyed the artwork in the space too! I appreciated the clear and complete details for check in and directions before we arrived. Great stay. Highly recommended for up to 4 people. We only stayed one night so didn't use the kitchen much but if you're taking a quick stop in Eugene go here!

Monroe Studio is awesome! The space is beautiful, and it had everything we needed. It was the perfect landing spot in Eugene. Great suggestions on restaurants and things to do and see. Shanna was easy to communicate with. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Overall the place was a good deal. The "outhouse" is really just a large, nice bathroom, so don't be put off by that. Bed was comfy, and if you don't feel like cuddling with whomever on a twin mattress, there's a pullout mattress underneath. Communication was quick and easy as well. Instructions provided gave me all the information I needed. Good location, too. Was near a lot of food places. There were some other AirBnB folks staying in the main house and they were a little loud at times, playing the piano and talking loudly. I think it was more because the walls are paper thin than anything. Furthermore, you could hear them using the restroom (which was right next to our room) as if no walls existed between us. That was a bit irritating. Overall, if you're not looking for a romantic getaway or total silent solidarity, the place is perfect for the price.

Sonja's place was cozy, clean & in a good location (near downtown/bars/restaurants). The communication with Sonja was good & we enjoyed our stay in Eugene. We would recommend this place.

I stayed at Sonja's cozy room for a night in Eugene. Though she wasn't present, we had been in contact through AirBNB app prior to my arrival, and she had prepared everything to ease my stay. Her directions were very precise; both the bedroom and the bathroom were OK. Thank you for hosting me!

Spent a lovely night in the "green" room with my pup Valentina. Very comfortable. The outhouse experience was especially awesome! Didn't get a chance to enjoy the natural hot tub, but would definitely do so if I can make my way back to Eugene!

Sonja wasn't around during our stay, but she sent us detailed directions prior to our arrival on everything we needed to know. It's a small room with a trundle bed, and there's a cute little bathhouse just a few feet away outside. Location is great - walkable to plenty of restaurants, coffeeshops, etc., but totally quiet at night. It's a charming little place!

While we didn't get to meet Sonja Mae in person, she was a great communicator, was very clear with instructions ahead of time, and always made herself available to answer questions. Location was great, the room was very cozy with comfy beds (mattress was awesome on the lower trundle bed), and the natural hot tub were all fantastic! We had a great stay, minus the lack of sound proofing. We saw the note about chickens in the description but didn't think to bring earplugs and were woken up at about 5:30am (we had the door/windows closed). There were other guests in the house as well who were up at 6am in the kitchen, so we were able to hear their conversation through the walls. Overall we were pleased and would be delighted to return, but highly recommend bringing a pair of earplugs ;)

I only stayed one night but it was super cute! I loved the bath house. The room was perfect for my friend and I who were passing by. Never met the host but was very communicative, check in/out was a breeze. Tea and coffee are available at your convenience.

Mackenzie and her place were both great! I was coming in after a long drive and she made her keys and access to store my bikes easy for me to follow. Her home is spacious and although the room is tight, there's a great closet with space to use. Also, her dog, Roo, is adorable and played well with my golden. Awesome place to stay!

Mackenzie is an awesome athletic host. It was great to talk to her about sports and performance. Her place is super clean, in a quiet neighborhood, right next to a bike/running path along the river. It's a newer beautiful home that she keeps in immaculate condition. Next time I'm in Eugene, I'd consider staying again.

I really enjoyed staying with McKenzie. I booked my stay last minute, at around 6pm. She was so gracious and offered to have the room ready by 6:30! Her home was very nice, in a nice neighborhood. The room was small but perfect for me. The bed was very comfortable!! I'd definitely stay with her again.
