Classy Studio 3 blocks to UofO, King Bed

Studio 88 is a high-end studio apt. just 3 blocks from campus in the area’s best UofO neighborhood. The surrounding area is beautiful, safe and quiet. It is an entirely separate 400sf living space with complete privacy. There is a King bed with high-end luxury mattress, full kitchen and private outdoor space. There is no carpet and we clean all counter and other such surfaces with disinfectant for each guest. Great restaurant options are just a short walk away. We do not allow dogs (sorry).

Spacious, bright 2 BR suite in great location

This bright 770 sq ft suite consists of the entire upstairs of my home with two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, a large family room with a queen sofa bed, and bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower. There is no kitchen, but includes an apartment size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, instant pot, and convection oven/air fryer. I provide breakfast (yogurt, fruit, granola, cereal, coffee, tea, cream). Guests enter through the shared front door of the house, and head upstairs to the suite.

Full private bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.* Queen-size cabinet bed with comfortable memory foam mattress, bamboo cover, quality linens. *Though bathroom ceiling height is 7’6” at highest level, please note that angled ceilings in shower may provide less-than-ideal head space for guests on the tall side. Shower head is removable/hand-held for added convenience.

Cozy studio nestled in the quiet South Hills of Eugene. Free street parking and access to the neighborhood nature trail right out your door. Only 3 miles from Hayward and 5 miles from Autzen yet the feeling of being away from it all in our beautiful wooded hills. Less than a five minute drive to the Spencer Butte Trailhead which offers fantastic views of our city as well as the countryside. You will need to be able to negotiate stairs along the house to access your private entrance.

The Little House is a great place to stay for a business trip, special event or as a launching point to explore the Willamette valley of Oregon. Our mid-century modern one bedroom guest suite is clean and bright, with lots of windows and a private driveway and entrance. It's a quick walk to the U of O campus, sports arenas and Hayward Field; nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the hills east of campus, with the Hendricks Park rhododendron garden and hiking trails just up the street. Located one mile from downtown Eugene - a quick and beautiful walk through campus. Walking distance to cafes, pubs, groceries and running trails.

College Hill 1-Bedroom Private Apartment

Bright, clean, College Hill 1-bdrm suite with private entrance. Unit has a kitchenette (w/Keurig, toaster oven, microwave, jr. refrigerator and hot plate), bathroom/shower and access to washer & dryer. There is a futon couch that can be made into a double bed for 2 more guests (FWIW it's not as comfortable as a regular bed). WiFi, television (w/Roku) and bluetooth speaker provided for entertainment. Walking distance to restaurants & bars. University is just a few blocks more.
