Small cottage of 30 sqm with balcony. Located in a peaceful rural environment about 8 km to the city. Close to Sundbyholm with a racecourse and marina. The beach is about two km from the house. Canoe is available to borrow. The accommodation consists of a small bedroom with a double bed 140 cm, sofa bed 140 cm in the large living room where the kitchen (fully equipped) is also located. Parking for one car. Bus and bike path to the city and Sundbyholm (3 km). Sheets are available to rent for 75 SEK/person and stay.

Our family owned big nice house is empty often so we would like to give vacationing, working or passing through the opportunity to live our nice house. Wonderful garden, private and of course free parking, period and fully equipped kitchen, large living room with TV and dining area, three bedrooms. Four sleeping places but up to six can stay at the same time in the house if one person sleeps on the sofa and two people sleep together in a 120 cm bed. The bathroom has a bath and newly installed toilet seat.

The house is located on a dead end street in a very quiet area with walking distance to the Park Zoo, Tuna Park, Eskilstuna city center/station, where you can easily get on to Stockholm (1h) and Västerås (40min). Our home is a safe place for people from all minorities and marginalized groups. We welcome guests of all ethnicities, faiths, genders and sexual orientations.

Surround by forest, fields and a rich wildlife right next to the house. Don't be surprised if you see moose, deer, cranes and many other wildlife from the porch when you eat breakfast. There is also the opportunity to book several different activities such as game safaris, clay pigeon shooting, bow shooting and lots of garden games to do on your own.
