The 50 sqm Apartment Royal is situated in a beautiful villa on the Lapad peninsula, only 5 mins walk from the nearest beaches and 4km from the Old Town of Dubrovnik, main ferry port and bus terminal. The nearest bus stop is 50m away. It is completely new, with fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV with Netflix, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, romantic canopy bed and hydromassage bathtub. Enjoy the spectacular views, take a swim in the infinity swimming pool and sunbathe on the terrace with a sea view!

Vaulted ceilings and roof beams give an authentic charm to this home which features an eclectic decor and rustic-chic aesthetic. Skylights bathe each room in natural light and you can enjoy performances and concerts from the windows on the right day. Besides all the usual equipment necessary for everyday living, it is a kind of art atelier due to musical instruments, easel and my mother's theater photos and posters around. Sleep in One of the Oldest Homes in Old Town Dubrovnik
This is one of the oldest houses within the walls of the Old town of Dubrovnik, written documents say it has survived the Great earthquake in 1667. Down the street Od sigurate there is a monastery within there is one of the oldest small churches which dates back to 11th century (40 meters from the apartment). Main Street Stradun is just 70 meters away at the bottom of the street Od sigurate. Franciscan Monastery, Sponza palace, Orlando statue, St. Blaise's Church, Rector's Palace.

With all amenities inside the apartment we made sure our two guests can have a relaxing stay whether it is by sipping wine on the balcony overlooking the Old Town, Lokrum Island and the sea or inside the apartment under the AC gazing at the sea.
