Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. This is really unique property, very spacious and very private; 130m2 house with a small garden. To get there you should walk up 97 stairs,but you want be disappointed when reach the house. Its superb location,just 3 minutes walking distance from Old Town is surpassed only by the spectacular views from its large terrace and balcony. On the ground floor there is large, confortable living room,a full eat-in kitchen,and a bathroom with bath tub.The living room opens onto a large terrace equipped with table and chairs. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor which consists of two bedrooms;master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and balcony,and 1 guest room.Bedroom 1 is with air condition and the king size bed.Bedroom 2 has acces to the balcony,a fen and a queen size bed.There is also a day bed in the living room that can sleep 1guest. .

Relax in this beautiful 1913 loft! The house was lovingly built with stone, beamed ceilings, and antique elements for a grand yet charming feel. Unobstructed view of old town and endless Adriatic sea are at your fingertips. The house is situated on Ploce Gate, one of the Old Town's two main entrances. Despite the fact that we are in the heart of the city, the place feels tranquil and remote.
