Matthew was very communicative ahead of time which made everything easy! The house is gorgeous and peaceful. An easy and enjoyable experience. Just close enough to downtown and the CC campus to be walkable.

Staying at Matthew's place was awesome. The house is very well decorated and clean, Matthew and his girlfriend are very friendly and interesting people to talk with. The neighborhood is very quiet, a 20 minutes walk away from Downtown through a nice park. I'd stay there again without an hesitation, highly recommended!

I stayed with Matthew and Riley for a fantastic four months. Their home was the ideal location to weather out winter storms, and to soak in the spring sunshine. As far as the atmosphere and amenities, they have everything you could need. Ten out of ten, would recommend to a friend! Will be back to visit!

We had a wonderful weekend in Ty's house. The location of the house is very convenient, a peaceful place to rest with a great view from the room. Ty and his family are fabulous people and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We loved everything about it and will seek them out every tine we come back. Staying with Ty was beyond a great experience! Not only is his place in an amazing location to start with, but Ty is the coolest host possible. He offered a pre-organized list of a ton of great places to check out from food, to hikes, and other attractions. He even made some more specific recommendations in person after meeting with us. His home is located on a beautiful hilltop that overlooks the city and we were fortunate enough to watch a breathtaking sunrise from his back patio. Ty and Lorrie were wonderful guests who were very flexible with our arrival time. They were great conversationalists and as 30-year residents of Colorado Springs, they are full of dining and recreational ideas. Their house is situated in a quiet neighborhood bordering Bear Creek Park which has running trails and rolling grassy hills. It only takes 10 minutes to drive downtown or 10 minutes to drive to the Garden of the Gods. The clean and recently renovated en suite bathroom gave us plenty of privacy, and our windows overlooked both the park and city center. We'd love to come back soon!

Gigi and her family are wonderful. My husband and I felt extremely welcome. The house is fantastic and the neighborhood is the best in the Springs. You can't get closer to the trails and nature. My wife and I spent the weekend visiting Colorado and had a blast while staying at Missy's cottage. The cottage itself is very cozy. From the super comfortable bed, to the best stocked Airbnb kitchen we've seen, it had everything we needed and then some to help us enjoy our weekend away. A bonus was being only a couple minutes from downtown and close to restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, sights and shops. Missy was a fantastic host and made us feel right at home. This was my boyfriend and I's first time staying at an Airbnb, and it was absolutely wonderful. Our entire trip went wrong, with lots of car trouble, but Jerilyn and Eric did all they could to make sure our trip was still one to remember. The living space was extremely clean, stocked with water, snacks, hot chocolate, tea, and coffee! Also, biggest bed I have ever slept in, it was wonderful. The hosts did everything they could to make us comfortable and happy. If I ever go back, I will definitely be staying here again!

Scott and Debi's home was very much enjoyable! The location was close to pike's peak, old colorado city, garden of the gods and 10 mins drive from downtown. The place was easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood. We checked in late but Scott and Debi were very accommodating. They were available for questions regarding the area. The place was spacious, warm and cozy. Their house has a lot of character. They have a library full of interesting books. We even found a cabinet full of board games and card games. There is an available washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. They have a lovely family and sweet adorable dogs. Would definitely recommend their place and would go back again!

Scott and Debi were amazing! From making us feel like were at home to showing us the sites and giving us a detailed list of all of the favorite restaurants in the area including gluten-free ones.Walking in after a long day at work just to be greeted by Tully and Bosco, who are there dogs was nice. They made sure that we did not feel homesick at all. When I was sick they tried to do everything possible to help me get better. And when it was snowy they made sure we had an ice scraper so we can get the snow off of our cars. We got to meet their two kids, who are adults, and they also made us feel like we are at home. If you choose to stay with Scott and Debbie you will not regret it!

This was the second stay I booked for my out of town family. Due to a flight cancellation, my mom's other accommodations were not available when she got in. Debi and Scott were super flexible and got their space ready a day early for my mom. She isn't able lift much weight, so it was a big help for them to carry her bags for her. She also enjoyed their hospitality like my in-laws did on their visit. She likes to have tea every morning, so their kettle and microwave and mini fridge were a bonus. We will definitely plan on family staying with Debi and Scott again for their next visit. The convenience is hard to beat!

The kids and I just finished a fantastic trip through Colorado, which included a couple of nights here. Larkin was very helpful, kind, and respectful of our space. Neighborhood was very quiet. The house was close to everything we needed. I even got some workouts in by the widow in the am while the kids slept. This place was great! The whole downstairs is yours!

Viola, Steve and can't forget Toto were very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and ended up just hanging out at the house and park instead of seeing the sights in Manitou Springs. Kids enjoyed some time together at the park, playing games, table tennis, watching movies and a little time in the hot tub. The kids enjoyed playing and walking Toto. WOW! I totally want to keep this place a secret. I'll be looking here first on return trips, but fully expect difficulty finding it vacant. I would give Viola's place 5 diamonds if I could. I realize after staying here; the 5 stars of my past experiences can not compare. I'll be judging future stays by my experience with Viola. The suite space is amazing - very clean with all the normal amenities: comfy bed, Keurig, microwave, refrigerator, soap, shampoo... Viola has thought of everything: fresh fruit daily, turn down service with chocolate on the pillow, fresh baked cookies!, a beer/wine. The temperature was fine, but I'm always cold. The "fireplace" heater was nice, and the electric blanket added to my comfort. Viola thought to leave an ice scraper after snow on the day of my arrival. There's living space to entertain with 100s of board/card games, ping pong, movie DVDs, TV...a park just at the corner! Entrance to the basement suite is gained through the garage and a set of stairs. I felt the passage was slightly narrow/steep with a large heavy suit case. I'll separate my things into two smaller cases for future visits. I will definitely book again.

This was our first time doing the Airbnb & Viola & Steve made it a wonderful experience. The room was exactly as it was described. Very roomy & homey feel. It was located in a perfect area to get to everything quickly enough. The bed, futon, & sofa were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean at all times. Last but not least, the wonderful breakfast bars, bananas, and coffee pods to make coffee ready for us in the morning. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Viola's place. It was clean, cozy, and even had a ping pong table! It was located near some good food and Viola had a well stocked snack bar for those late night cravings.

Gunnar and his wife were extremely hospitable. We arrived late at night and they had gone inside the space and turned lights on for us. The place was very clean and exactly like the pictures. They live in a sweet neighborhood and everyone was very kind.

Gunnar's property was exactly what we were hoping for. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but a quick drive to downtown. The surrounding yard is whimsical and lovely and a window in the living room has a nice mountain view. Would stay here again without pause.

Hosts were flexible with check-in and check-outs time. They also provided brochures with attractions. Place was very clean and stocked with good coffee. Great location, close to downtown. Provided off-street parking.

We stayed for 2 nights. Such a lovely apartment and fantastic location! About a 25 minute walk into Downton or a few minutes drive. The pictures don't do it justice. Lots of space and some lovely little touches. Gunnar and his wife were so friendly. The apartment is actually at the back of the house, accessible from an alley (dirt road)- seems very safe and we had no problems. We would most definitely recommend and would stay here again. Gunnar and his wife were very welcoming! The live in the house right behind the apartment an were around in case we needed anything at all. They gave us some advice for things to do. The listing was accurate with what the apartment had to offer and the pictures showed us exactly what we got. The apartment is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is minutes from downtown Colorado Springs and less than 20 minutes from anywhere in the area we wanted to go. It was exactly what we were expecting and we could not have asked for a better stay.

Theresa's place is a good place to stay when you want to visit Manitou Springs, Garden of Gods, Pikes peak and other attractions. The place is sweet and I slept very well. Theresa is a wonderful & caring host. She even gave me a tour of the backyard that folds into a gorgeous creek. I forgot my clothes and theresa took the effort to message me and so I could get my clothes back since luckily I was still in town and was checking out Garden of the Gods.

Our visit could not have been more perfect. This is a lovely home in a beautiful location. Theresa went above and beyond with her hospitality ensuring we had everything we needed for our visit including recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, a comfy welcoming home, serving us tea in the evening and providing breakfast in the morning. There is a beautiful deck that looks out over her backyard where we got to see bunnies and deer. My mom and I left with wonderful memories and a new friend. Highly recommend! Also, bonus, if you happen to play piano she has a nice one and it was a huge joy for my mom to be able to play for us. Thank you for everything Theresa!

We wish we had gotten there earlier and been able to stay later and do things like walk along the paved trail that goes along Fountain Creek, which bathes the whole edge of Theresa's very well-kept property. Eating our fresh-from-her-chickens egg breakfast on her deck overlooking the stream was a fine way to start our day.

Although the hosts were out of town during our stay, they had a substitute ready and there for us and to help us with our stay! Of course, the muffins were still available and excellent!

This was my first air bnb stay and my friends and had a great time at Regina and Mark's place. They are absolutely lovely individuals and were so sweet to make us cookies and muffins for breakfast. The room is adorably set up with all amenities you need; water, coffee, milk, fruit, towels, shampoo, body wash. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to all travelers :)

Regina and Mark were such great hosts during our visit. They gave us a tour of their home when we first arrived and then were able to give us great recommendations on places to eat and things to do throughout our trip. Our room was very nice, private, and cozy and the bed was AMAZINGLY COMFY. We really enjoyed having a private bathroom along with a refrigerator and microwave available in our room as well. Regina would come and get our dirty dishes and replace them with new ones daily which was also very nice. The location of their home is perfect! We only had to drive a couple minutes every night to have dinner downtown. Overall great place, I highly recommend to anyone staying in the Colorado Springs area.

This is a great place to stay! They make sure you have everything you need and more, they really go the extra step to provide you with nice things like muffins and fruit, we asked for an iron and they brought us one and and an ironing board! There is even a little gym! The space is nice, its separate so you have some privacy. I really liked this part of Colorado Springs too because you are just in the middle of a bunch of beautiful houses and a really short drive from lots of places to eat and things to do.

It was a nice spot and quite too. There was cheese crackers and homemade muffins. Wine and milk with a little juice as well. Made for a nice stay for the 4 of us. They were helpful with reccomemmendations as well.

The room and house were in top condition and it was very cozy. Since we were scheduled to attend a one-day event in the Springs, we didn't think we would get to see much of Colorado Springs. However, every waking moment was well spent as we followed Penny's awesome recommendations! We also got to relax at the back porch with her and her doggies, which was a nice break from the constant traveling. Getting to learn about her and the place is something I'd always appreciate. Her pups were a a treat for us! Her 3 lovely labs were a complete joy to be around. They helped cure our missing of our puppers at home. We loved playing ball with them out on the patio. We couldn't tell you enough how sweet Penny and her pups are. Penny left a lasting impression on us and we will defiantly be staying here again when back in the Springs.

Julianna and Teds basement apartment was perfect for my wife and I for our day trip to Colorado Springs. The space was huge with a private bath. Everything was very clean and they were very hospitable. Would stay there again.

The area so close to Garden of the Gods was perfect. The room was immaculate and more than I imagined. I was greeted with smiles conversation and cookies. It is a must stay for anyone in the area.

My husband and I spent one night at Juliana's place and loved it. It was clean, beautifully furnished, and felt very private. The coffee and pastries were a wonderful touch. I would definitely recommend her place to other couples looking for a place to stay while in Colorado Springs.

The accommodations were very nice and just as advertised. Sound did carry through the ceiling from the living space above but it wasn't really a bother and was mostly offset by the white noise generators that were provided. The Cris's were very welcoming. We had a great stay and would recommend it to others.

Absolutely the best place I've ever stayed. The host were absolutely fantastic- ready to answer any questions that we had. The place was super clean and was reasonably priced. Breakfast was provided and the room was pretty spacious. I would 100% recommend and will definitely be staying here in the future.

Very close to things worth seeing like Garden of the gods! Didn't get to spend a lot of time there unfortunately but Dev is awesome at communication and makes sure your stay is comfortable!

Dev's place was exactly what I was looking for. Much better than a hotel and a very comfortable bed. I slept really well during my stay. The location is right near Red Rock Canyon Open Space and enabled me to get a few beautiful sunset hikes in. Near Manitou Springs.

I had a great time staying in the loft. It's a small apartment with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The bed is extremely comfortable, the furnishings were modern and the hosts were nice enough to leave coffee, fresh cream and little snacks on the table. The hosts were extremely friendly, informative, quick to respond and eager to please. The location is close to everything in the area, but not directly in the heart of the action. The balcony is nice and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my stay wonderful.

This was a beautiful attic conversion apartment just west of Colorado Springs. There is a hiking trail just down the street, which was absolutely lovely and extremely convenient. The hosts have appointed this apartment with everything you could need to be comfortable, and were very responsive. The listing doesn't do the place justice. I rented it thinking it was just going to be a tiny studio attic, but it was quite a nice and comfortable one bedroom apartment with everything I could need.

We had a really great stay. Tina was very responsive and made it easy for us to check-in and out. The kids loved the foosball table. Thank you for a great time!

Tina's place was great for my family and I. I would highly recommend for small families or groups! Very close to Seven Falls, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, and only an hour away to the top of Pikes Peak if you drive! Also close to shopping and restaurants nothing is more than a 10 or 15 minute drive from the home !

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Tina was a great host. Very responsive. House was clean and well kept. We have a 7 and 3 year old and they enjoyed it. Family friendly with all of the basics you need. Great value. Beats a hotel for a family by a long shot. Cell reception is not good, but the WiFi was great!

Tina and her folks were awesome. Excellent communication. Very accommodating. Even went out and bought fabric softener and spray starch for me! Had the whole house to myself. Nice neighborhood. I have no complaints and look forward to staying here again.

I came down to Colorado Springs to surprise my boyfriend at his military base. And luckily I came across Tina's beautiful home! It was spacious, clean and satisfied all of my needs. It was so cozy there and the neighborhood was quiet. Great price for the location and Tina's communication is amazing. I hope to come back before the year is up!

Sigrid was an amazing host! The cottage was such a delight. Completely exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean and it was a fantastic relaxing trip!

The cottage was perfect! It had everything and more you need for a stay. The couches and bed are very comfy and warm! The bothroom is well stocked. She has an awesome selection of body wash and shampoo! I didn't use the kitchen however, it has everything you need if you happen to buy some groceries. There's even a fireplace to keep you toasty during the cold days.

We absolutely loved staying here. It was a cozy, sweet cottage that had the perfect amount of space for the two of us, to enjoy getting away from life. The back patio was great to enjoy the sun. The kitchen was a great size and we didn't feel cramped. We loved the bedroom and how it felt secluded from the rest of the cottage. Sigrid made us feel at home and we didn't feel like we were missing any of the comforts of home, as she provided that for us! I would stay here over & over again!

A perfectly sized cottage for our long weekend in Colorado Springs. Communication with Sigrid was excellent - she provided well-written instructions on how to find the cottage. The cottage is not large, but has everything that you might need for a comfortable stay - we really appreciated that coffee was provided, as well as a few other pantry staples. Overall, we couldn't have asked for anything more!
