Private comfortable second floor apartment with private entrance located on one acre with access to small pond and open space. Located just out side the city limits of Durango close to hiking trails. Beautiful beetle kill blue stain pine ceilings. Has a full kitchen with a dish washer and a dining area. Washer and dryer are in apartment. Quiet getaway close to Lemon and Vallecito Reservoirs. There is a car port that provides one covered guest parking spot, more uncovered parking is available.

There is a grill outside as well. We loved listening to the creek at night . It feels very country and peaceful but you are very close to town so it is also very convenient. Libby was great and responses were quick. We loved her dog pippy too and our dogs loved playing with her . Great place thank you”
This southwest style cabin was built in 1952 and recently restored. This unique residence is tucked away on a quiet street. ( Unfortunately we can’t accommodate pets ) This lovingly restored Tiny House has plenty of character and charm. The location is seven blocks from downtown Durango. All products are natural. Myers dish - soap. Dr Bronner's Bath soap. Jason Shampoo, conditioner, coffee and teas. Note: If you have a small child let us know we will child proof for you.
