Great stay in this very nice, well kept & cute villa, all one floor. Strongly recommend it. He used it as a base to visit the region (Alberobello, Polignano, Matera, etc...). Mostly rocky seashore, but sandy beach is just a short drive away. We were 5 (2 adults, 3 kids), and the kids loved it. Actually the villa is better than the photos show. Very rapid response from the host, and excellent support on site from the super kind Maria, with restaurant recommendations, etc... Plenty of homemade pastries, cake, water, soft drinks, milk, juices included - it was quite impressive. A very nice surprise... Communication was in Italian. At the time of our stay, the kitchen was not set up to be used for cooking, just to prepare breakfast really. As we mostly ate out at lunchtime and dinner this was not an issue for us. We had some excellent pizza takeaways on a couple of occasions.

The house was amazing! Especially the pool area and and the garden were magnificant. Our week was however perfected by all the attentions maria gave us. Never have we encountered anyone who reacted quicker/ more effecient, and then we haven't even mentioned all the cakes and other drinks and food that were at were at our disposal!

We had a very nice stay in this house that is much better than on the pictures.... The pool area is just amazing : outside bed, long chairs, hammock, babyfoot, etc. Inside the house is elegant, clear, well equipped. When we arrived we had many thinks to drink, cereals, coffee, biscots, jam, it is really appreciable. We have been welcome well by Maria who has been available whenever we needed. Thank you again Maria ! The position is ideal to visit North Puglia region and is close to nice creeks.

Villa wonderful

This was the best experience we have ever had in our life. The place is just beautiful, no other way to put it. Every detail is amazing, the landscape is breathtaking and the amenities are just perfect. Cherry on top, we were received as if we were part of the family. Amazing, cannot do better. We are very thankful to the Giovanni family for having made this a vacation we will never forget.

I and my family have stayed at Villa Marina during our vacation in August. The house 'beautiful as described, has comforts and facilities of all kinds of high range. But what words might seem simplistic in describing and 'the infinite kindness and hospitality' of the host family that embraces you in all your little desire and really makes you feel a special guest. Like not being able to recommend this beautiful villa! A little paradise in the heart of Puglia !!

Villa Marina is wonderful. It was perfect for our needs. Extremely good facilities and good location. The pool is fantastic! Best of all was the family hosting us. They live in the house next door and were so welcoming and service minded. They made our stay unforgettable. We will definately go back here. Top top place :)

Beatrice was a great host, even leaving us a iron and ironing board the day before the wedding we were attending. So thoughtful. The fridge had some drinks in on arrival which made all the difference and we had some good suggestions for places to eat. The beach is beautiful and very varied along the coast, worth taking some nice long walks along. Also wonderful to venture in land by foot and see all of the olive fields. Perfect!

The accomodation is a well appointed beach home. Could not have asked for more. Top location with direct access to the beach. In the past Puglia has been described as the California of Europe, hence quite possibly we could call this location a "Malibù" :) Beatrice was a great host, quick in her responses and we are definitely thinking to come back! Spledida casetta con accesso diretto sul mare. Il posto è vicino ai luoghi d'interesse più belli della Puglia, tanto da vedere con brevi gite in macchina. Host molto gentile e professionale. We stayed at the Blue Apartment four nights, and had a glorious time! I can't really add anything new to all the fabulous reviews of Beatrice and her beach house. We were comfortable, close to many attractions, and the kids enjoyed swimming in the Adriatic every day. All went smoothly with communication and check in - thank you Beatrice!

Beatrice was wonderfully responsive and helpful to us. She helped to find a fabulous babysitter for our 2 year old, she stocked the fridge with a nice bottle of white wine and she responded to every one of our emails within the hour. I can't think of how she might have been more helpful! We spent a lovely 4 nights at the Apartment 'Blue'. It's exactly as the pictures depict. Small and simple, but very clean and well appointed -- a very good value. It worked very well for a family of 3 -- any more and it would be a squeeze. The location is ideal, right on a beautiful beach with a really nice private outdoor space and deck. Our friends rented the Apartment above and it worked out perfectly. We each had our own space and our kids were able to play freely together in the safe, fenced in outdoor space. There are 3 separate units within this house and it would be an ideal spot to spend a week with friends.

Karin and I spent a wonderful week at the apartment blue Beatrice. Beatrice and Nunzia are the sweetest people. We felt at home straight away and then the location of the house is fantastic, right on the sea: a lovely place.

This is our third time stating with Beatrice, this time for our anniversary. As always it wAs beautiful and clean. Communication and checkin are easy and the place is right on the beach. It could not be more relaxing. We will keep coming back!

We (my husband, daughter of 9 and I) had a fantastic time in her little house of Beatrice. Plus: location! Right on t beach and blue sea! We even on t ge beach bbq d. There are also fantastic restaurants nearby. We have great dinner at the suggestion of Beatrice. Min: it was very very hot when we were there (35+) and we missed air conditioning. Also, little house not very well appointed. It was, in that respect, the fewest location of our entire vacation. (Sorry, I'm very sensitive to atmosphere). But you live mostly outdoors and 5 m t beach is still a top address.

We had a wonderful stay at Beatrice's beach apartment! She made check in and check out easy. The apartment was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location was perfect--lovely beach, amazing view, and close to several towns. I hope someday we can go back!

we enjoyed our stay in the house which is situated at the sea. The location is amazing, it's nearby beautiful villages and about 100 km to Lecce, a town you have to been seen. When you arrive, a bottle of when and breakfast is waiting for you.

The place was accurately advertised. Parking was easy and it was comfortable. It is close to both Monopoli and Pogliano a Mare. The host, Martino, is very nice and helpful. It is difficult to find and I have advised Martino to somehow make a map available to make it easier to arrive.

Martino and his family have been very helpful and hospitable. The appartment is really clean and a nice place to stay for families. All beautiful Puglian places are in short distance. The Bellifreschi beach was our favourite. For us Puglia was everything we expected and more... Oh and not to forget, The panificio of l' Assunta is worth to mention. We arrived earlier than expected but the reception was very kind right away! The apartment is fresh and clean, simple but cozy. We found pastries and fruit which we enjoyed. The stay went very well, the place is quiet, comfortable! Nearby is a bakery / pastry very good of which we took advantage gladly! Martin and his family have made themselves very available and they were really nice! Thank you again for the hospitality if you happen to go again!

Martin and his wife were very kind and very hospitable, upon arrival we were greeted with sweets, fresh fruit and soft drinks. The house is large and bright, the kitchen equipped with all facilities including detergents, ditto the bathroom, there is also the washing machine. Possibility to eat outside as there an indoor courtyard with a gazebo. The area is peripheral but a few steps there is a pastry oven and very busy diner and 5 minutes a supermarket and a shopping center. strategic point x visit areas both at sea and inland being close al'Adriatica. The tv does not take all the channels but on holiday it is good to detoxify and other :-) I recommend it for families with children and couples. We have been very well (adult + adolescent) A special compliment to the owner Cleaning 10 and praise!

we were last week with my mother and my sister to spend a week of vacation in the villa. The description corresponds exactly with reality. We were welcomed by the whole family, there was a fruit cup waiting for us, a fragrant and very clean house. the house is charming, we visited the sights without too many kilometers is ideally located, the terrace is very nice, and a person speaks French. Dario is a charming and informative host, he recommended places to visit and some excellent restaurants, don't miss going to Antichi Sapori Piazza Sant'Isidoro, 70031 MONTEGROSSO. Plus he took the time to show us his City, Bari. The property is advertised with Internet, unfortunately this is wrong, there is no Internet availability. The house is spacious and has a lovely garden, but be aware that the busy SS16 motorway is situated about 300m from the house. Panificio L'Assunta, a wonderful bakery is about 1,000m along the road and offers beautiful rolls, filled croissants, salads, Foccacia and more!

A wonderful stay ... a special guy !! We spent, me and my boyfriend, unfortunately only one day in this beautiful villa surrounded by the Puglia countryside near the sea (the photos do not do it justice ... it is truly delicious!). With regard to the innkeeper ... what about ... where to start ... a fantastic person ... well riservataci reception and the very useful information you have provided, also accompanied us as a true to their own guide, the discovery of the seventeenth-century farmhouses surrounded by olive trees and beautiful landscapes that offers this earth ... very positive experience ... highly recommended! We will be back soon!

Dario very warm reception that gave us many tips about the area before we arrived! Nice touches that we lacked nothing and make us feel on holiday from day 1. The house very nice, bright (heart for the upstairs room) with a large enclosed landscaped garden. The location near Monopoli allowed us to radiate throughout the region.

Dario welcomed us into her beautiful home for a long weekend of four days. The house is like you see in the pictures and it is beautiful, with a nice garden, arranged on three floors and very quiet. Tastefully decorated has terraces or patios for each room and three bathrooms, plus a well-equipped kitchen. The garden is ideal for dining out. Dario then drove us in a tour of the surroundings passionately telling the story of his land and places. The sea can be seen from the windows and from the garden, all the most beautiful places in the area (Alberobello, Locorotondo, Castellana, Ostuni, Cisternino, Monopoli) are no more than twenty minutes by car. And last but useful, the Assumption bakery just around the corner, reccommended by Darius, provides fantastic breakfasts with brioche stuffed everything and cuisine for lunch and dinner of all kinds at reasonable prices and delicious. Beaches in the area (the Octagon to see, always on the advice of Darius) and beautiful farms for a pleasant evening. In short, I highly recommend this host if you are over there! And Dario was a perfect host!

Puglia is a very nice region with beautiful nature, interesting historical cities, lovely food, hospitable people and on top of that the sea is always nearby. The villa is a perfect base to discover all this. With the main road at short distance all highlights of the region are close by: Alberobello, Pugliano a mare, the Castellano caves, Ustini en Lecce. And if you don't feel like going out, there is perfect foodstore (Panificio d'Assunta) very close to the villa where you can get tasteful and affordable (takeaway) local lunch and diner. The villa is a modern building with a huge garden around it. It has all the comforts you need including a beautiful sunny terrace to wine and dine on. Dario, the owner of the villa, is a friendly person that is always ready to help you and give you tips on the rough (culinary) diamonds of the region. We highly recommend the place; you won't regret it.

Dario gave us a lovely stay in his beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, with everything you could expect for a stay with children. He is very familiar with the area, and proves an excellent guide :) He speaks perfect French elsewhere. The villa has a large garden with fruit trees have allowed the children to have fun, and nearby beaches, clean, clear water, offered us great moments. The rooms are fresh with a natural ventilation system, which allows those beautiful nights even in summer !! We will definitely be back !!

our stay in the villa of Darius and was perfect: Dario and a super person helpful and knows the area very well. the place and near the sea, with beautiful beaches but also the center of many sights and points of interest comme monopolies, Polignano, Ostuni, Alberobello ... and beautiful house, spacious and welcoming .... we go back soon !!! ! We stayed at this wonderful place and we falled in love ... Dario is really a very person and the house is very well situated cousy and decorated with a lot of taste.

Our experience from Dario has been nothing short of fantastic. The accommodation is exactly as described, clean, friendly and comfortable, not to mention the view that we see from his house: amazing! Dario is a very kind person and is a source of inexhaustible information: restaurants, beaches, nightclubs, places to visit ... In short for anything you ask of him and will not be disappointed! excellent hospitality! We are so thrilled that we can confidently say that we will return to find it!
