Private studio with a view! Close to Nyon.

Welcome to this calm, fresh and harmonious space. The studio is newly renovated and situated on the bottom floor of our villa in a little village close to Gland. Me and my family live on the first floor. It has a terrasse and a gorgeous view of the Alps and lake Geneva. There’s a bio farmer’s market next to the house! Local restaurant at 200m. We’re a five minute drive from the highway and about 25 min from Geneva and Lausanne. There’s a bus that takes you to the train station in Nyon. .

Beautiful apartment completely renovated in an old 19th century mansion. Totally independent. Outside the small city of Rolle, quiet and relaxing place surrounded by greenery. Close to lake and amenities. Geneva and Lausanne 25-30 km away. Balcony on 3 sides, large green spaces and courtyard shared with the other residents. Large TV. Arranged kitchen and all necessities. Bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Free parking.
