Unit is on the ground floor of our home and is strictly 2 guests only. NO CHILDREN You have your own private entrance at the front of the unit. Parking is at the rear of the unit. We live upstairs and do respect your privacy but we are available if need. We do ask you to respect the guests in our other unit and our neighbours and keep noise down at night. Within walking distance from the beach (less than 5 min.) and shops and restaurants nearby, Lola is a great base for your next getaway in the Broadwater resort area.

Broadwater Nature reserve, 10 minutes to walk to the beach,10 minutes to Busselton CBD by car,and 20 minutes to the Wine Region and popular surf coastline. The house is a comfortable family home with 2 bedrooms available with queen beds, ceiling fans in each room, clothes storage and your linen and towels provided. One bathroom with seperate bath and shower area. Fully self contained kitchen, an Alfresco area lawned back yard and a bbq.

Olive Cottage

Olive Cottage is the larger of our 2 cottages situated on our small cattle farm. It has beautiful rural views overlooking pastures and lake. We are just 15/20 minutes from Busselton and Dunsbrough and just 7 minutes to Vasse where there is Coles supermarket and Vasse Village by Bunbury Farmers Market as well as several small shops
