A two room studio suited for couples and a seperate larger studio for families (under 3 are free in off season) they will love the space. It’s only a 2 hr drive. Close to all attractions; jetty, golf course, breweries and wineries of course. All takeaways are minutes away from the farm door. It offers you the best of both worlds. ABBEY BEACH OASIS

Welcome to Abbey beach Oasis! A 1950's character home nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac on Geographe Bay Rd. With direct access to beach, it is perfect for 1-2 families. Outside pets are welcome with dog bowl, kennel and fenced yard for medium to large dogs. Fence has a couple small gaps under a couple panels that a small dog could potentially get under. 10min to Busselton/Dunsborough and on the doorstep of the famous Margaret River Wine Region with the best surfing/family beaches in Australia.

Just a short walk away is a small shopping complex with a supermarket, bottle shop, fast food and pharmacy.
