Modern 2-bedroom apartment in a quiet area, ideal for couples, small families, or business travelers in the region. It features a box spring bed, sofa bed, spacious balcony, and a rain shower. Self check-in, Wi-Fi, and free parking available directly in front of the building. Easy access via the A3 and A45 highways as well as the B469 road. Historic towns such as Seligenstadt and Miltenberg are just a short drive away. Located about 10 minutes from Aschaffenburg and 35 minutes from Frankfurt.

My courtyard consists of a total of 3 residential buildings, one of which I live in myself. I rent the large gatehouse (157 sqm living space) as well as the former servant's house (2 rooms, 67 sqm). The gatehouse includes a large summer kitchen with fireplace and two cozy bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room.

The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

Modernly furnished house with large living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and everything needed to have a great and cozy time. The absolute highlight is the covered outdoor terrace with outdoor kitchen, gas grill and fireplace for charcoal grilling. Furthermore, there is a second terrace with a large awning and lounge furniture. This terrace connects directly to the 3.5 m x 7.00 m pool. Pool is open from mid-May to the end of September.
