Walks and bike rides into the entire Neuseenland can start directly from the vacation home. Bicycles and motorcycles can be parked, 2 car parking spaces. Shopping center (Pösna Park) in the neighboring village. There are several lakes in the immediate vicinity. Highways A14 and A38 in the neighboring towns. 15 minutes to Leipzig and Grimma.

This apartment is largely accessible (e.g. ramp stem, walk-in shower, handicap accessible toilet, underhandable sink).
