Loved this place for our trip to Augusta. The place had a wooded feel, but located in an area close to the course, restaurants and entertainment. Would recommend this place for a trip to Georgia. Really enjoyed the decor of the house, and can't say enough about the communication from Donald. As a host, Donald contacted us to ensure that we were ready for the stay and really made sure to stay in contact with us throughout in case we had questions. Great host and great place to stay.

This host is so good he is addictive. When you are in the area your first question is Is Matt's place available? (usually not) He has all the little touches for his guests and if you do come back (and you usually will if you are in Augusta) theres always more. Now, if you have some down time you can binge watch on free hulu, Amazon and Netflix streams in your room. Furthermore, young old, black, white, late or early arrivals - Matt openly welcomes everybody and I have yet to hear from any other guest while there that they too are not impressed.

Matthew's was very comfortable, clean and very central to great restaurants and shops. I recommend Matthew's place.

Clean and comfortable. Was a quick drive to the medical center. I'd say the only downside was that noise carried easily, but I didn't really care about that because I just needed a place to sleep for a night.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here very much. Our hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly. They made sure we felt welcome throughout our month long stay. Their house was very clean at all times and the room was very comfortable. Awesome TV in the room and really fast internet. Extra office space available to do work/study. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay.

Clean attractive accommodations. High ceilings and large windows with excellent light. Located right on Broad St. Ample parking in front and back. Check in occurs in back of the building so I would recommend you go/drive there first.

I was on my way from New York to Georgia on over a 15 hour drive. Brad was very accomodating to my travel needs. I planned to leave Virginia in the evening and changed plans to leave in the morning. Either way, Brad had the place ready and available for my arrival. The Loft is as gorgeous as it is in the photos and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. If you like staying at a cozy, beautiful place, I highly recommend The Loft.

Brad was such an accommodating host! From my time of booking through arrival, he checked in to make sure I knew where I was going and had everything I needed to access his place. The loft is right downtown so very convenient to eating and entertainment. As described, it is minimally furnished but still perfect for a few nights stay. I will definitely return.

Great house for our stay in Augusta. Everything is as Zadoc described.

We enjoyed our stay at Zadoc's home. Zadoc was there to welcome us and show us around the house. He even had breakfast supplies for us! His home was very clean and well maintained. It was the perfect place for our family of five to stay over Thanksgiving. Much better than any hotel with plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen had what we needed to cook our meals. I would love to stay here again the next time we are in Augusta!

Zadoc's house was well-maintained and has everything you need. The location is great, close to downtown and restaurants, shopping, etc. all nearby. If we ever visit Augusta again we will stay here.

This is a spacious three-bedroom house in a quiet residential neighborhood. The owner was very easy to communicate with via texting and phone calls.

This cottage is tucked into a quiet part of the property and offers a little retreat with simplicity and charm! The owners are a beautiful and gracious couple who will warm your hearts just meeting them. The accommodations are perfect for anyone wanting to disconnect and relax, meandering out into the city for a bite to eat or history. Highly recommend.

Ms. Priscilla, has an Adorable, Secluded, Private little cottage centrally located to downtown Augusta and also the hospitals, which was very important to my stay in Augusta. Very close to restaurants, shopping, & nightlife. The memories my nieces and nephews, and myself were able to have together during our stay in Augusta is due to Ms. Priscilla being such an accommodating Host, coupled with an amazing cottage located in the perfect spot. She was extremely flexible and accommodating with check-in and check-out. She provides all the necessities you would need, plenty of towels and an extra futon if you need extra sleep space. The cottage also included a fully stocked kitchen to cook meals or a snack during your stay. No microwave or TV which wasn't needed in my opinion. As well as a variety of teas for when you wake up in the morning. If you are staying in Augusta this little cottage is a very comfortable, great location and a perfect alternative choice, Instead of a hotel. The bed with its white duvet provided an amazing and much needed night of sleep. I would definitely stay there any time I were in the area. Thanks again for everything Ms. Priscilla.

~Industrial Chic~ I don't  know where to start with this property. To begin with the owner responded to all of my questions very promptly. This is very important when trying to figure out travel arrangements at the last minute. The apartments are based at an old flour mill which later became a granite mill. It is a historical building and much of the old character of the old mill is still present throughout the building. It is almost like a museum. Even some of the old machinery is on display and it is quite interesting. The apartment is very stylish and sophisticated. I don't think that I can describe adequately, the awesomeness of this space. It is gorgeous! In addition to  being lavishly furnished, every possible comfort of home is available to you. The owner has spared no expense insuring that anything you could possibly need is available. This property is conveniently located and is within walking distance to the medical district and  downtown Aigusta. I would recommend this space to anyone visiting the Augusta area and plan on returning here in the future.

Carlos's place is extremely nice! The place was confusing to get to at first, but I think we were the first to stay here through Airbnb so I'm sure kinks are still being worked out. The home is amazing and they've included lots of bonuses such as coffee, mini shampoos, etc. The details made a huge difference!

The Enterprise Mill Apartments was a beautiful, historic place for us to call "home" for 10 nights. Carlos's place was spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed to settle in, including lots of coffee! It was easy to communicate with the hosts, and they accommodated a later checkout for our convenience. The property is well situated in downtown Augusta, close to Augusta University campus (1 mile!), great restaurants, and plenty of other tourist sites. If we ever travel back to the area, we would book again in a heartbeat.

Carlos's place is amazing. Very close to broad street and I am sure it is the best deal in Augusta for price and quality. He is very responsive and with the security desk it makes it easy to get quick tips if you need them.

Very good value with size, location, and -of course- the pool!

House was good size and clean. pool was great but the bugs were horrible. They kept driving us inside when all we wanted to do was enjoy the lovely backyard. But all in all good stay!
