In July 2023, private lodging reopened. The first floor is a woodworking workshop with the "Kuroishi base" where the second floor is the accommodation space As the name suggests, you can use it as a base for sightseeing and leisure. In spring, the Hirosaki Sakura Festival, the Aomori Nebuta Festival in the summer, the Hirosaki Neputa Matsuri, Tachitake Goshogawara, autumn foliage in autumn, and winter at Mt. Hakkoda in winter.It takes about an hour to get to any of the places. The exterior is a work shed, but once you enter the entrance, there is an exciting space that feels like a secret base. You can use one group per day, so you can use it with friends, family, or group at ease. Usually, you live in an apartment!The noise will bother the noise when the kids run, right?Noise is fine here, even if you don't mind.Feel free to let me run for you. It is far from the station.You need a car to go anywhere.(Parking available) Kuroishi Station... 7 minutes by car Aomori Airport... 30 minutes by car Shin-Aomori Station... 40 minutes by car Hirosaki Station... 20 minutes by car Hakkoda Ropeway ski park… 40 min by car Aomori spring ski resort… 40 min by car Owani onsen ski park… 20 minutes by car Pets can only accommodate children with toiletries.(Even if you are asked to wear a manor belt or pants, there is a poop on the tatami mat, or there is a marking on the fusuma.) Also, pets cannot enter the bedroom because there is hair on the futon. The host will be in attendance for check-in. Please do not enter the facility other than the person staying at the accommodation.

　宿泊施設は山あいにある築36年の昔ながらのたたずまいを残している古い和風の一軒家です。和室8畳１間と10畳2間の広々としたスペースがあることから家族旅行あるいは親しい友人同士のグループ旅行に適した間取りです。もちろん、お一人様のご予約も承ります。予約された日には他のゲストは受け入れません。ただし、各お部屋の仕切りは襖だけなのでプライベートなお部屋としてはお使いになれません。300坪の敷地内に建てられた住宅のため、隣家とは離れているのでご近所に気兼ねなく滞在できます。暑い時期の夜には前庭でのバーベキューや花火などに興じることも可能です。もし、星に興味をお持ちなら晴れた夜には保有する光学機器で星空もご案内いたします。日中はドローンを使って庭先の上空から周辺の山々を空中散歩することも可能です。ここは都会では決して味わうことのない静かで自然豊かな環境と岩手県の遠野と共通する南部地方特有の古い伝統文化を今も色濃く残した地域です。尚、現在は冬期休業中ですが本年3月25日から再開いたします。
