Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with large terrace 20 m² and garden is located on the mezzanine floor a large shared apartment 80 m² with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambiance. At the end of this street of about twenty village farms is a duplex attic, called LA BORBIATTE. Séprais has no bakery, no grocery store, no restaurant but you will find all this in Boécourt (2.5 km, 25 minutes' walk).
