Villa Kaarna is a home built by two architects for themselves. The building's spaces are connected to each other in an airy way. From the windows you can see the pine forest, your own courtyard or sometimes even the northern lights. You can enjoy peace, a fireplace, sauna, nature and the nearby Pöllä beach. This place is suitable for a family as well as a group of friends, or even for a longer stay for someone working remotely. There is also a separate glazed summer room in the courtyard, where it is comfortable to sit from evening until night.

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Kotilan tilalla voit tehdä juuri itsesi näköisen loman maaseudun rauhassa. Majoittua voi yhteensä 8 vierailijaa, joille on kolme parivuodetta ja kaksi yhden hengen vuodetta. Tässä uniikissa kohteessa saat mökkeillä luonnonkauniilla rannalla todella omassa rauhassa. Mökin vierestä alkaa noin kilometrin pituinen kaunis hiekkaranta, jolla ei juuri muita käyttäjiä ole. Lähin naapuri noin 500m päässä. Mökillä on sähköt ja ilmalämpöpumppu. Mökillä odottaa vähintään 20 litraa puhdasta juomavettä. Lisää toimitetaan sopimuksen mukaan. Pesuvesi otetaan ulkoseinän hanasta. Marjaniemen majakan tunnelmallinen valo näkyy reilun 2,5 km päässä. Läheltä löytyvät retkeilyreitit.

Majoitustilamme "Mummola" on maatilamme vanha päärakennus maatilan pihapiirissä Mehtäkylässä. Majoitustilamme on remontoitu nykyaikaisiksi 2013, säilyttäen vanhanajan mummolan tunnelmaa. Tilamme sijaitsee Kalajoen rauhallisella sivukylällä 17km Kalajoen keskustasta ja 25 km Hiekkasärkiltä. Pihapiirissämme asustaa kaneja, kanoja , kissoja ja koira. Trampoliini, polkuauto ja hiekkalaatikko on myös vieraiden käytössä. Pihalla on grillikatos, jossa kaasugrilli. Kesällä 2026 käytössä pihasauna.
