Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

The large, red electric boat has two large batteries and a powerful 800 watt motor. It is a classic Fronius boat that would normally cost 70 EUR/day to rent at the port. In 2025, I completely renovated another holiday apartment. AVA 3 is 60m2 and is located on the 1st floor of the main house. Spaces: entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower ( 1.20 m x1m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. All rooms are equipped with central heating. The apartment is bright and modernly furnished. Relax in this special and quiet space.

Upstairs there is a separate bedroom with a large double bed and a 2nd large bathroom with shower, 2 cable TVs and free Wi-Fi. A seating area in the romantic courtyard right in front of the apartment invites you to have breakfast and linger.
