A self contained ground floor apartment with private garden and outdoor seating area in one of the oldest houses in Rüschlikon. Situated in the heart of the village just a short stroll from the Zurich lake and the ferry station with parks and gardens for walking and swimming. Romantic garden view, calm & stylish

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.
