The whiteloft is one of our top locations that we have been offering on Airb&b since Oct 22. The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Downtown Mainz penthouse

Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

This newly renovated and spacious apartment offers plenty of space and has the perfect starting point for activities around Limburg, Runkel, Lahn and Westerwald. The regional train station is within walking distance (100 m / train ride to Limburg (city center) approx. 5 minutes). Supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance. Very good connection to the A3, B49 and the ICE station Limburg Süd. Storage for bicycles/e-bikes (including charging facility).

50 m², cozy, modern furnished apartment

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the house and can be reached via the central staircase. The purely residential area is located in a quiet location, but so centrally that the bus stop for the city bus can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Bad Camberg with the core city is 3 km away and can be easily reached on foot or by public city bus.   The non-smoking apartment is designed for two people. If necessary, a children's travel bed is available.

'IN THE HORSE STABLE' Door to door with chicken and horse

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

The variety of natural experiences such as the Lahn bike path, the Lahn hiking trail and the Lahn as the most popular river for canoe tours in Germany as well as the cultural sights and regional gastronomy make the surrounding area a feel-good region.
