Enjoy the ease of your holiday in this newly renovated, quiet alpine cottage in the best location in Ruka, i.e. the elevators and slopes are next to the apartment, which can be reached in the Ski-in/Ski-out style, and the ski trails for cross-country skiers are about 100m away. Ruka Valley, which is right next door, has restaurants and a small grocery store. The Gondola elevator from Ruka Valley provides convenient access to the front slopes of Ruka Village, where you can find a larger grocery store and restaurants. In the summer, of course, there is disc golf and MTB!

The apartment is in a prime location on the slope of Eastern Ruka, at ground level, on the sunny side of the slope. From the door directly to the ski slope. All of these are 100 m away: Gondola, Rosa&Rudolf Familypark, Skibus stop, RukaValley restaurants, ticket sales & rental, K-Market (open during the winter season). Restaurant SkiBooster in the neighboring house, where there is also a sauna during the winter season, but you should check the opening hours online. Gondola easily to Rukakeskus. Peaceful and well-equipped cottage in Ruka

Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.
