Large villa with beautiful garden close to shops, marina and beach. Private parking with the possibility to charge an electric car. With three large bedrooms - one of which is a children's room with four beds - the house is suitable for a family of up to eight people or two families who are on vacation together. There is a fully equipped kitchen/dining room. The garden has a large wooden terrace with dining area as well as a trampoline, fireplace and play equipment. The house is centrally located with only 500 meters to the beach, marina and pedestrian street.

20 meters to the sea and beach. Atmosphere, space and tranquility.

Our house is located right down to Storebælt. There are sleeping accommodations for 10 adults, 1 guest bed, and 3 junior beds. View of Langeland and the Great Belt Bridge, and 20 meters to the water's edge. We live in an idyllic old fishermen's lodge where the atmosphere flourishes. There is a nice beach with a nearby jetty and green public space, as well as the possibility of recreational fishing. Fantastic nature. The place offers many great hiking and biking trails. The nearby campground has a restaurant, water park, kiosk, and playground.

In the first row to the South Funen Archipelago, you are guaranteed a breathtaking view of the water with forest and fields on the horizon. Thurø is easily explored via the path at the end of the garden, where a small beach also awaits. 

 Behind the rustic facade, which has a distinctive patina, hides an architectural specialty with a complete interior on four staggered levels.

 You can easily get to Svendborg's city and cultural life on foot or by bike along paths along the archipelago, by car over the embankment or sailing on the sound.

With us, you will stay very close to both the city center, marina, beaches and the harbor environment around Svendborg Sund (5 min. walk). The charming 1900s house of 170 m2 offers three bright living rooms, an en-suite and a large dining kitchen. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms (bed width: 180, 140, 120), and a lovely morning terrace. Full basement with possibility of extra bedding in the room. In the garden with fruit trees, bushes and lawn you will find an evening terrace. Toilet/bathroom on all floors. 2 parking spaces.

Skipperhuset Lundeborg - by the beach and harbor

Self-service house. Spacious and unique vacation home with the best location. Suitable for families and groups of friends. Activities for all ages. Beach, harbor, forest, hiking trails, playground and many other activities right outside the door. And only a short drive to Svendborg, Nyborg and Odense as well as to bridges and ferries to all the islands in the South Funen Archipelago. Lundeborg is buzzing with life both in summer and winter. Bring your own duvets, pillows, sheets, linens, towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tabs, etc.

Cottage with ocean views and plenty of space outside and inside.

Vestergaard is an old family farm, of which only the main house remains. There is a sea view from the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. The house was completely renovated in 2014 and is located on a very large plot with, among other things, old fruit trees, which are freely available to our guests. The garage building is from 2017, and you are welcome to use it. We use the house ourselves occasionally and have decorated it as we think fits the spirit of the house, with some things dating back to our grandparents' time.

Cozy log cabin on Sydfyn

Centrally located in Vester Skerninge is my cozy red log house. Five minutes walk from bus, pharmacy and pizzaria and at the same time scenic location overlooking fields, forest and Syltemae Ådal. The house is located at the end of an enclosed residential street and with the Archipelago path as a neighbor. It's peace, quiet, and high to the sky. Three bedrooms. Duvets, pillows, covers, and towels are included. One bathroom, one guest toilet, utility room, kitchen and living room. Small but good. Suitable for all ages☺️

Skovby Old School, House No.1

You will have the house "No. 1" all to yourselves, with a private and a shared courtyard. There are beds for 6 people, spread over 2 bedrooms, which are located on the 1st floor. Living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom, are located on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is both a heat pump and a fireplace for the cooler days. Bed linen, one towel per person, water and electricity, as well as final cleaning are of course included in the price.

Quietly located scenic villa with evening sun (sunset) Access to the entire villa as well as private beach area and jetty. Optimal for families with children who also want toys and the possibility of water activities. Stylishly decorated and possible to have a base when the South Funen archipelago, Svendborg and Funen are to be experienced. Easy access by bike, bus and car to Svendborg and surroundings.

Come and visit my beautiful family house in the middle of Svendborg. In the house there is room for play, coziness and lots of presence. I prioritize space and room for children, which is why the house is also decorated accordingly. My family-friendly house is located in a central spot within beautiful Svendborg. I offer a perfect resting spot for families exploring the archipelago of southern Denmark.

Enjoy a vacation in this cozy cottage, which has tranquility, nature and soul. Barbecue, play, make a fire, light up the wilderness bath, go to the beach in summer and winter, go for a walk in the old streets of Rudkøbing and much more. You pay for the purchase of firewood yourself, and bring your own bed linen (sheets, duvet + pillowcase) and towels.

A whole house with plenty of facilities both inside and outside. 400 meters to both beach and forest. Svendborg city center, which is a really nice town, with lots of shops as well as cafes and restaurants, is about 1200 meters from our house.
