Cozy studio apartment in Schijf, ideal for 2 adults (+ sofa bed 2 extra people). Located near the Rucphens Heide – perfect for hiking and mountain biking. Close to Play and Ice Farm, Indoor Skydive Roosendaal, Outlet Centre Rosada, SnowWorld Rucphen, Efteling is 35 minutes' drive. Historical cities such as Breda and Roosendaal are nearby. Dordrecht and Antwerp are only 35 minutes away by car. Kinderdijk and Rotterdam are a little further away. Peace, nature, culture and adventure in one!

This lovingly furnished studio with its own entrance is suitable for a stay for two. The studio is also available for a longer term. The guest house is in a green recreation area. You will find the historic Oudenbosch and Hoeven 2 km away and in 20 minutes you will be in the centre of Burgundian Breda with plenty of restaurants. In addition to a king-size bed and a nice seat, the studio offers a beautiful green backyard where you can stay privately, plus a small terrace at the front.

Villa Forestier, a beautiful villa situated in one of the oldest forests of the Netherlands. This atmospheric house is ideal for guests who are looking for a peaceful stay. Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

The country house is a very comfortable home, suitable for vacation or working from home. It is a spacious cozy house with open kitchen, living room, 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. At the back, there is a terrace with seating area and hot tub and beautiful views. Beds are made up. Dogs are welcome, fenced garden. Located in Rijsbergen on the road from Breda to Zundert, just outside the built-up area with supermarkets, bakery and restaurants, hiking and cycling paths nearby.

Cozy and private studio, 4.5 km from centre

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 22 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

You will enjoy a quiet and private stay in a charming cottage situated in a green garden. The garden is in the middle of Breda, with walking distance to the Central Station(150 meters), the city park(100 meters), the city centre with multiple restaurants and bars(500 meter). The apartment, which is within walking distance of the center of Hoeven, has its own entrance and has all the comforts. The entire place is for you alone. Guests are free to come and go as they please.

This small cottage dates from 1928 and has had many residents and renovations over the years. Nevertheless, the house has remained completely original. There is a cozy private garden, where you can enjoy the birds and the tranquility. The garden is not completely fenced. The cottage is located in a green area with many possibilities for walking, biking or motorcycling.
