The chalet is inside a green oasis of meadow, pasture and vegetable gardens, surrounded by a dense forest of centuries-old pine trees. Ideal for those seeking tranquility, contact with themselves and nature. The view of the 4,000 Swiss mountains is breathtaking! During the winter season, in case of snowfall, you will need to park about 500 meters from the chalet, we will gladly help you with your luggage!

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Our 35 square meter studio is in the most beautiful, as well as quiet and relaxed location, 12 minutes on foot or 4 minutes by car from Grindelwald train station. You can enjoy the beautiful view in the garden lounge from the private covered terrace. The fully equipped kitchen with oven and 4 burners lets the cooking passion run free. In the comfortable box spring bed, as found in the hotel industry, nothing stands in the way of a restful and relaxed sleep.

The apartment is 10 walking minutes from the train station in Lauterbrunnen and has a great view to the mountains and the Staubbach Falls. Downfloor 1 bedroom apartment ( 40 m2): living room with sofabed, kitchen, very small and old bathroom, terasse with view to the falls, all for private use! Notice that the apartment is opposite the lively Hornerpub, the only and best bar in the valley and loud church bells at the other side.

My property, which was completely refurbished in summer 2016, is located on the south-facing "sunny side" of Grindelwald in a very quiet location and is well suited for couples and solo travelers. The village center of Grindelwald can be reached on foot in about 12 minutes.
