A lovely peaceful getaway perfect for hikers, cyclists, birdwatchers and anyone wishing to explore the beautiful North Norfolk countryside. Sustead is a small village located within 5 miles of the popular coastal town of Cromer, and within 10 miles of the historic market towns of Holt & Aylsham. The Cartlodge has been designed and decorated to a high standard to provide a sumptuous stylish, bright & cosy place to stay. Nearby are the National Trust properties & parks of Felbrigg & Blickling.

Secluded Sunhouse situated at the bottom of a large 2 acre garden. The house is surrounded by a conservation area and there are beautiful walks to the coast from the doorstep. Yet it is only 1/4 mile from a train station & Suffield Arms. The Sunhouse: open plan self contained living space, which comprises of a kitchen diner & Lounge / sleeping area, with a wood burner. There is a bathroom with shower. Depending on the time of year you visit it will be in different stages of growth and bloom.

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Idyllic sea-side retreat!

This is a perfect getaway for a relaxing break. Located in a traditional seaside town, this top floor flat boasts a sea-view, and is situated on one of the oldest streets in Cromer. It is a short walk to the pier and all local amenities. The flat sleeps 2 people comfortably. We are dog friendly and welcome one large or two smaller dogs. Other things to note The flat is on the top floor, (one flight of steep stairs) so guests need to be able to climb steep stairs to access the flat.

The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'waney edged' wood. This refurbished apartment couldn't be more conveniently located. On the high street, you are within minutes of the local shop, pubs, restaurants, the best fish and chips, and within sight of the sea. The apartment is in keeping with the coastal location, and is perfect for a seaside stay, with the beach, amazing walks and beauty spots close by. With one bedroom, it's ideal for couples, or single travellers. Small dogs are welcomed. The apartment is fully equipped to cook at home.

All on the ground floor with 2 steps in (message me for disabled access with no steps). We have vaulted timbered ceilings, FREE SUPERFAST FIBRE-OPTIC BROADBAND, satellite TV, patio and large gardens beyond. Beautiful historic old barns and a lovely rural location.
