A cozy cottage a little away from our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100m above sea level. The house is in a sunny location, overlooking the wonderful nature. It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. There are currently great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott or in the village of Hirschegg, 15 km away.

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

Our vacation home is just a little off the beaten path (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or even those who want to relax! Looking forward to seeing you soon ! You'll love my place because of the comfortable bed, light, kitchen, coziness, beautiful terrace, and private garden for guests. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, families with 2 children (in the kitchen there is a pull-out sofa bed).
