We have just renovated this home located in the heart of Paramé on the 2nd floor. Rochebonne Beach and the ST Malo seawall are 900 m away. It consists of a very bright living room with lounge and fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, induction cooktop, fridge/freezer) and a bedroom with bathroom-toilets (bath/shower). Nearby you will find all the shops and a bus stop. Free parking spots in the perpendicular street. Building under video surveillance.

Beautiful refurbished accommodation in the historic center in a building dating from the 17th century. Beaches 150 meters away. All shops are in the immediate vicinity. 50 meters from the dynamic Place Chateaubriand, 150 meters from the Palais des Congrès, 20-minute walk from the SNCF train station. Third floor (no elevator) the apartment is very bright (this accommodation is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility)

Swimming pool, tennis, game room, the Baie des Corsaires is a perfect resort for an exceptional vacation in Malouine. 100 m from Pont Beach and right next to the GR34, the sea and wild nature will change your scenery. Saint Malo intra-muros is a 30-minute walk or 15-minute bike ride away.
