From this accommodation, you can reach all the important places in no time at all. Within 3 minutes' walk, you can reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a restaurant with a beer garden. The town of Kempten is 5 minutes away by car, and there is a bus stop within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 1st floor and is very bright and spacious. From the terrace, you can look out over a fauna and flora habitat. Within a few kilometres, you'll find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

Our tiny house is perfect: - for lovers of minimalist design - for passengers at Memmingen Airport - for people passing through (located at the A96 and A7 motorway junction) - for guests who want to get to know the beautiful Unterallgäu (e.g. Memmingen or the Basilica in Ottobeuren) - as a starting point for day trips in the region, e.g. Skyline Park (30 km), Kempten (Allgäu) (45 km), Lindau on Lake Constance (75 km), Legoland (80 km) or Neuschwanstein Castle (87 km)

Small, fine apartment

The apartment is in a quiet location, has its own entrance and is approx. 70 m² in size. It is suitable for up to 4 people, possibly with a child. The price is for 2 people. Each additional person costs an extra 15 euros. There is a large bedroom with a 140x200 + 90x200 bed. There is also a fold-out sofa bed (180x200 cm) in the living room. The living room has a well-equipped kitchen and is fitted with a TV, stereo system, wood-burning stove and dining table.

The apartment is about 75 square meters and has 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, a large living-dining room and a bathroom with daylight. If necessary, a children's travel bed and a high chair can be provided. Buxheim is a very nice recreational area with a swimming pond and forest ponds.
