Quietly located and, thanks to the ferry, in the city center in just a few minutes – the perfect place for up to four people and a toddler.

The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.

A TV is available in each living-sleeping area. The whole thing is rounded off by free Wi-Fi. Fully equipped apartment including kitchen with dishwasher. Washer and dryer available in the attic for laundry tokens.

You can park directly at the house for free. The Edeka is a few minutes' walk away. From the main train station you can take the tram to my stop in just 7 minutes.
