Studio with bikes and sup in former consumption

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. We proceeded individually and with high quality furnishings and used little of the bar. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you do not want to go to the nearby city, the city harbour or the beach. The apartment has a great transport connection and is still very quiet.

Central Studio Apartment with Park View

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The building is from 1875 and a lot of the historic charm has been preserved. It's 5 minutes to the city center by foot with shopping and the city harbor close by. It’s about 25min to the beach in Warnemünde by S-Bahn. Parking is difficult but not impossible.
