This unique place has a very special style. Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with a large terrace 20 m2 and garden is located on the raised ground floor, a large apartment 80 m2 with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambience. Close to the center and yet very quiet. A church nearby, but inside you can't hear anything from it, from midnight it no longer rings. The apartment is very nice, large ,clean, bright and newly furnished. Feel welcome. Carpe Diem 🦋

Our cozy apartment on the first floor of a converted barn offers the best of both worlds: the charm of country living and modern comfort. Just 30 minutes away is the cultural offer of the trade fair city of Basel with its numerous museums, galleries and events.

In addition, it is fully equipped and has parking spaces right in front of the building as well as a closed parking lot 100 m away. Note that the only bathroom/toilet is in the master bedroom, perfect for a small family.

Séprais has no bakery, no grocery store, no restaurant but you will find all this in Boécourt (2.5 km, 25 minutes' walk).
