The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden level of our house, which is accessed by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to downtown. In the neighborhood there is a café, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and lots of shopping (10-minute walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or right in front of the house or on the main road, 100 meters from the house.

A trip to nature

The house is located in the heart of Bollendorf, a 10-minute walk from the outdoor swimming pool, a 5-minute walk from the Luxembourg border. Kayaking descents along the Sauer are only 10 minutes away in Dilliningen/Luxembourg! Echternach and Trier, the oldest city in Germany, are only 10 or 30 minutes away by car. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.
