Yderligere ligger Amager centeret som tilbyder shopping, café/restaurant og meget mere. Lejligheden ligger nemt til strand, hvor det kan anbefales at gå morgen/aften ture. Lejligheden ligger på øverste sal i ejendommen og til venstre. Der er ingen elevator.

Der er en stor parklignende have på ca. 16.000 m2., hvor man kan gå en tur, gå med hunde og børnene kan lege. Der er mange hyggekroge i haven. Børnefamilier er meget velkomne.
