Our villa is located at the entrance of Chianni (Pisa) and was built in 2023 using original, natural materials such as brick, natural stone, and wood. Three stylish studios were created (one of which is for my private use with my two dogs), along with modern amenities and a pool. Each studio features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a cozy living and dining area, making both studios ideal for longer stays.

Nelle vicinanze ci sono due campi da golf.

The two-room apartment is a nice apartment inside the farm the Tripesce. Very spacious, about 60 sqm with equipped kitchen and living room with sofa bed, large double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Furnished in a rustic style with a simple atmosphere in contact with nature, very cool and airy even during the summer months.

Great place in the middle of Tuscan Hills, you will be sorrounded by nature but close to all the beautiful cities of Tuscany!
