Newly renovated lakefront property with some of the best sunsets on Houghton Lake. 3 bedrooms (6beds), two full bathrooms are perfect for multi family stays. Family friendly accommodation with many amenities (kayak, paddle boards, fire pit, swimming ) to relax and unwind with your loved ones! The sleeping layout has a king bed in two of the rooms, and two bunk beds in the third room. Bunks are Full beds on bottom (ok for adults), and twin beds on top, only good for people under 140lbs

Welcome to our cozy cottage just across the street from Houghton Lake! Enjoy the nicest street on the lake, with lake views from the living room, dining room/kitchen, & the additional family room. Enjoy a glass of wine watching sunset from the large front deck and Amish seating. Lake access is a block away. Small boats may launch there. ORV trailhead is very close (we ride to the trailhead from the cottage), plus snowmobile trails, and state land. Public boat launch under 3 miles away.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (dogs). Additional $50.. This will be charged during your booking. The cleaning fee is for supplies/house cleaner. This 2 bedroom sleeps 6 easily with a bunk room, comfortable new pull out bed in the living room sofa, and a master bedroom with queen bed. Fully stocked kitchen. Air Conditioning in master bedroom and living room area. TV with Phillo TV and Internet. Washer and Dryer. Great area for ATVs and trails only blocks away!! The deck/porch is spacious with chairs and lounges.
