Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Skåneleden (SL4) runs just below the house. 5 km south is Simrishamn with restaurants, cafes and shops. To the north you take the wonderful boardwalk in Carl von Linnaeus's footsteps towards the fishing community Vik. Proximity to fantastic sandy beaches and all the small gems that Österlen can offer. Note: Rental in 2026, weeks 26-27 (weekly) and v32-v35 (weekly) Check-in and check-out Sundays.

In its heyday Kvarnbygård was a thriving farmstead, now carefully renovated to keep its authentic charm. Nestling between the Österlen coast and rolling farmland. Set in its own peaceful acre of meadows and orchard, with terraces for sunbathing or star viewing. Surrounded by famous beaches, nature reserves, renowned bakeries and cafes, farm shops, fresh fish and even a Michelin star restaurant. Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

The house in Pomona Valley

Beautiful beachfront home in Rörum between Kivik and Simrishamn Stay spacious with views of the apple groves and with cycling distance to Knäbäckshusens chalk white sandy beaches. Large and spacious patio under roof with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Carefully equipped house with all the comforts as well as access to the sauna in the adjacent building. In the garden, there is also a buried trampoline for the children as well as a playground with swings and a slide.

Stengatan Kivik - next to the sea

Welcome to our renovated guest cottage in Kivik's old fishing village. Within a hundred meters you find the beach, playground and restaurants. The cottage has a new fridge and stove with oven. Within reach is Buhres Fish and other restaurants in the harbor. The bedroom has a new king size bed. You have access to the garden, mostly to yourself. The accommodation is suitable for 1-2 people. Bring bed linen, or rent for 150 SEK/p. You do the final cleaning yourself.

The Studio 1773

This cottage is located in the heart of Österlen (Sweden´s Tuscany) in a picturesque little village called Rörum. The house was originally the village blacksmith´s workshop. The cottage is newly renovated with natural and allergy friendly materials. The cottage has a view of the famous Lonely tree. Mandelmanns gardens are within a short walking distance and the beach is about 3km away. Closest restaurant is across the street.

Östhem

Östhem is a farm just outside the village of Rörum. The farm is located next to Skåneleden, near Knäbäckshusens beach, beautiful nature and the Stenshuvud National Park. On the farm, Sandra and Rasmus live with four children, two cats and some chickens. We run a bookstore, an art gallery and a café adjacent to the farm. Östhem is surrounded by a larger apple and vineyard that we also work with.

Newly-built house from fall 2025. Unbeatable location for exploring Österlen, right between the Österlen and Djupadal golf courses. Located on a corner lot at a cul-de-sac in a secluded location overlooking meadows & apple trees. "Golf in - Golf out" with walking distance to the courses from the house and garden. You can even see the golfers at hole 3 on Djupadal's golf course!

A cozy cottage of 56 square meters with a sea view of Stenshuvud. The sleeping areas are on the upper floor. Additional cleaning fee. The rental is on a weekly basis between June 19 and August 1. The rest of the year, you can rent by the day, weekend, or week. The cottage is superbly and modernly equipped. Around the house, there is a private patio with garden furniture
