Sehr zentral in Friedrichshafen - Uferpromenade, Bahnhof, Restaurants, Bäcker, Supermarkt und Schiffe sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Zur Messe und zum Flughafen sind es jeweils nur ca. 5 km. It's the perfect place to take a break from everyday life. The 2-storey penthouse on 130m2 scores with a unique location. Right next to the apartment complex is a restaurant. If you want to enjoy the sun, you can only go outside the door and are directly on the lake. Or maybe it draws you into the mountains, then onto the slopes, the gondola lift is within 300 meters easy walking distance. By the way, you can arrive by train without any problems and are at the penthouse in 250 meters.

BLISS am SEE

Das BLISS ist ein über 400 Jahre altes Haus im schönen Dorf Kesswil und liegt nur wenige Schritte vom alten Hafen und dem Bodensee entfernt. Es ruhig hier und das naturbelassene Ufer (und der nahegelegene Wald) laden zum Spazieren und im Sommer zum Baden ein. Die drei Zimmer sind Durchgangszimmer, deswegen vermiete ich alle drei zusammen, ein langer Flur führt zur einfach eingerichteten Küche, der Toilette und dem modernen Bad. Ich selbst bewohne die Wohnung in der 1.Etage.

If you are looking for luxury in the traditional sense, the Bird's Nest is not the right place. The luxury of the bird's nest is its wonderful simplicity. The house is surrounded by nature directly on the Thur overlooking Churfirsten and Säntis. It is ideally located for both summer and winter activities. A feel-good oasis for wonderful and relaxing vacations. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant, shopping and public transport are about 30 minutes walk away. The ski resorts of Chäserrugg and Wildhaus can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
